Great huge villa with private pool and comfortable bed. They made a cute towel creation on the bed and it made us very surprised. We love the shower area with bathtub full of nice flower decoration. Kitchen area is the best spot since it is outside near the pool. The Garuda Wisnu Kencana and sunset view from our villa was mesmerizing. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Will definetely come back again with family and friends. Very recommended

Overall, the experience was great! The massages were relaxing, the service was punctual and accurate, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I have a couple of severe allergies, and the entire staff was not only informed, but was vigilant in ensuring my safety with any food the was ordered. The staff, particularly Rajep,Billy, and another young woman whose name I cannot remember (she had blue eyes and braces), was incredibly helpful not just with recommendations, but also with accommodating our needs. The only issue we had was a bit of cleanliness. We had requested our duvet be changed because of mold spots (in a humid environment such as Indonesia, these kinds of things are expected, the stain itself was not the problem) after requesting our room be cleaned and noticing it hadn’t been changed. When we returned to the room, we found that the duvet had not been changed, but just flipped over. We then made a second request to have it changed, and that time it was taken care of. All in all, we would happily stay here again, and would recommend this place to our friends and family.

Close to one of the main routes up to uluwathu- therefore noisy at times but convenient. Bathroom no windows and shower sink misplaced so you flood the bathroom while taking shower- they try to avoid the worst by cleaning everyday - drawers are roten Woods with holes. However I don’t mind all this as it just was for a couple of days and most time u spent anyway outside.

When we stay there, there is no water and no advance information when the water will be on so we are waiting quite long and it happens twice until the next day. We do understand that based on hotel staff information, their water pump were broken but we only need an advance clear information about it. However, this hotel need an improvement especially for the villa maintenance & cleanliness. King Koil bed is available however the TV channel did not working well. Would be a recommended place to stay in Nusa Dua area should they are concerning for the maintenance & cleanliness.

We booked a package holiday via our travel agent and Villa Hening was our accommodation for 2 weeks. We loved the layout, grounds and room. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Gorgeous infinity pool steps from our room and a very comfortable bed. The food and drinks are very good quality and the coffee is thankfully great. Out of all the nice things I could say or mention the main thing is the wonderful staff. They are all very friendly, helpful and they can’t do enough for you to ensure you have a great stay.
