Truntum Kuta ( formerly Grand Inna Kuta )

It's a big property and centrally located with shops, restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Other than the non responsive approach from management re: unannounced faulty elevator on our beach wing unit being shut down for days, our stay was pleasant. Great sunsets can be experience across the hotel. Suksma Chef Suyada "Gape", Karjaya & Dibya. Indra, Restaurant server Indra and our housekeeper Ardi for the amazing food & service. I would book Truntum just for their 'Nasi Campur'. This kinda make-up for the inconvenience caused as per the above-mentioned.

Only had 1. Night unfortunately. But will definitely be back again ideal settings and the staff are amazing.didn’t want for anything. Can’t wait for next time and stay longer. Thank you 🙏 ❤️❤️❤️🇦🇺

Staff are so friendly here and overall I enjoyed my stay for the price paid it is good value. The room was nice and the bed big. The toilet holder did fall off the wall and the shower rail fell down. However not an issue to me. The pool areas are nice but they have put a basket ball hoop at the larger pool and the ball got thrown against the back of the hoop all day which does get annoying with the constant banging. Laying by the music played by the pool side bar does drown out the noise some what. The breakfast there was quite a lot of options but not really things I would want for breakfast like creamy pasta & roast chicken though the egg station man made a decent omelette. Would probably stay again if I was wanting to be in the thick of things. The aircon is good & drowns out any outside noise. Slept well. They’ve also got some activities throughout the week for example a free Yoga class on Monday mornings.

Really nice resort with 3 pools and direct access to the beach. Rooms are quite spacious.

The hotel is very large, with totally 3 swimming pools. The beach view is fantastic

The location was perfect, and the breakfast was great. The best part was that we stayed for three nights and had a different breakfast selection each day, which was a really nice touch. The staff were amazing—very kind, friendly, and welcoming. I also visited the spa and had a good experience with the treatment. However, the spa reception staff were quite loud, which was a little annoying as I feel a spa should have a calm and quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately, the shower in my room was very mouldy, and the toilet was not clean, which was disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the bathroom cleanliness and noise level at the spa could definitely be improved.

Lovely friendly staff, great rooms (standard delux), breakfast was ample with loads of variety! Besides the location if grabbing a car, it was fab! 3pools for variety.
