Neano Escape

This is a fairly new hotel, a bit secluded, but easily accessible by car or scooter. We stayed in the simplest rooms (101 & 102), which are right by the pool and offer a beautiful view. The breakfast was good, and for convenience, we also had dinner at the hotel. The menu was good, and the food was excellent.

Neano Escape is a truly beautiful hotel, and I was absolutely delighted from the moment I arrived. This was my first time experiencing Bali, and it turned out to be perfect. As a solo traveler, it was incredibly important for me to feel comfortable and safe, and I found exactly that here. The atmosphere is so cozy, everything is well-thought-out and organized, which made me feel relaxed and confident throughout my entire stay. This place was a wonderful introduction to Bali for me, and I definitely left with the warmest memories. I will certainly return and gladly recommend it!

Magnificent hotel with a superb pool and very pleasant massages. The stay was great. A small downside was the restaurant, which was a bit disappointing; the food was very good, but given the price, the service was really very slow.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Good service. This hotel is a 10 out of 10, especially for the price. If you're heading to East Bali, this is the best place to stay. It's easy to visit all the attractions in the Karangasem area from here. I'd recommend staying 2-3 nights – you can spend one day by the pool. There's also a volleyball court on site.

Beautiful view. Spacious rooms. Luxurious pool. A place for mind and body to relax. The staff is very attentive and accommodating in resolving any issues. It was great that there was a place to work out, but note that it's an open-air space, not an air-conditioned gym. You could also play badminton there.

This place is amazing! Incredible natural beauty, breathtaking views, and an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Luckily, it doesn't attract noisy guests or groups, making it perfect for introverts :) We absolutely loved it! The team is wonderful – all issues are resolved instantly via WhatsApp, and everyone tries their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms upstairs are mind-blowing – spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The ones downstairs, with pool access, are also great, with one exception: when the water is turned on upstairs (flushing or showering), it feels like a waterfall is thundering over your ceiling. The included breakfast consists of eggs prepared in various ways, a couple of small potato pancakes, fresh juice, and coffee; anything extra incurs an additional charge. The restaurant food is excellent! Everything we ordered was delicious. Whitney the cat lives on the property (she sometimes sings outside guests' doors :) she's very sweet and clever, and loves boiled chicken ;) but you can also order dry food for her and her kittens via Grab. Good massages, pleasant drivers, and attentive waiters and housekeeping. We'll definitely be back! There's only one downside – the towels in the rooms should be replaced with new ones. Otherwise, it's a flawless place where you can relax in peace and quiet among like-minded guests who share the same appreciation for mutual respect and the surrounding natural splendor.
