It’s a really **** place, look at the picture, we booked two nights. The room is super dirty and smelly. And the manager is so rude, the cleaner is good, but no manager at here, can’t speak English at all. The pillow smells like someone’s hair oil who never clean their hair more than one month. And the location is beside the street, so super noisy. Actually we are looking for a long term place for living, we are looking forward to living here for half of year, then what we got, we got one night no refund, cuz we really can’t stand the room which filled with bugs and the spider jumping in my mouth during middle of night and at the same time smelling the smelly pillows. Okay guys, I hope you guys can see my review, please don’t book this one, otherwise you will get a nightmare 🙏

The room is nice. The staffs are friendly. The environment is far from city center. I like the swimming pool. The hotel looks like just finished renovation and still need to be decorated. However, I like the overall experience

The place is easy to find, just that it’s on a steep slope. Not close to shops. It’s quiet at night but a little noisy during the day. The room was big and spacious, I loved the bathroom more.

I don't think it's a good hotel for this price. Since it's close to the road, there are constant sounds of vehicles and motorcycles.

I had a fantastic stay at the Royal Maharani Payogan Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities, including the pool. It's a bit far from central attractions, but perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Great little find in ubud in a secluded location. Room was nice and big overlooking one of the swimming pools. Excellent value for money!

The impressions of this hotel are contradictory. There are no questions about cleanliness - the room was clean. The territory of the hotel is not well-kept, there is simply no owner or staff, as well as security: whoever wants to drive in and out directly to the rooms. The young guy and girl - administrators were very polite, but they were the only ones in this hotel (we saw them only a few times). There is no safe, slippers, hand soap, clothes dryers. We did not dare to swim in the pool, the water was green and muddy. We lived here for 4 nights and during these days the water became more and more green and turned into a swamp, but when we left the color of the water was already more transparent. The doors seem unreliable, but if there was security here, maybe it would be okay ... And also the window by the bathroom looked directly into the wall, so the blinds were always closed ( In general, we would not recommend staying here for a long time
