Vivara Bali Private Pool Villas & Spa Retreat

Highly recommend! It's quiet, private, and yet affordable. The service attitude is superb. There's a shuttle bus within the resort that you can call anytime, plus a gym and a large swimming pool, and their service is also excellent. They even have floating activities!

The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely top-notch, truly the best out of all the 5-star hotels I stayed at during my Bali trip. The mini-bar was also incredibly well-stocked with a great variety of drinks and fruits, really impressive. The pool is heated and offers excellent privacy, highly recommend it. There isn't much commercial activity around, which is pretty common in Bali outside of the Ubud area, where commercial districts are generally sparse. However, it's quite close to Kuta and Uluwatu, and getting a taxi is easy. One thing to avoid though is the BBQ at Jimbaran beach – not good! On the other hand, the hotel's oxtail soup is fantastic!

The hotel is beautiful, and both the rooms and the pool are stunning. However, there's definitely room for improvement in the service details. The restaurant food, from breakfast to dinner, was quite unappetizing. I originally planned to spend all my time at the hotel, but because the food wasn't good, I had to go out every day to find something decent to eat.

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. It offers individual rooms and an indoor pool, and the high walls ensure great privacy. The hotel also provides shared bicycles and kids' scooters, which my wife and child absolutely loved. Upon checkout, they were even kind enough to drop us off at the lobby of our next hotel (Ayana).

The entire space was incredibly large. Having a dining area, a lounge chair area, and a huge pool really made it worthwhile. The bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak! The environment was very clean, and there were hardly any mosquitoes. Thumbs up! 👍

The resort's location and surroundings are quite good, and it feels very vacation-like. The overall ecosystem is beautiful, the room facilities and decor are lovely, and the service is decent, with delivery to your door. Most importantly, it's very aesthetically pleasing.
