The pool is amazing! It's rare to find a hotel with such a long, narrow pool. We had a great time swimming, and both my child's freestyle and my adult breaststroke saw new breakthroughs. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The front desk staff were very warm and the employees were all smiles. The location is also ideal for surfing in Kuta, visiting Garuda Wisnu Kencana, and paragliding.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and very varied! The room was spacious! Great value for money! Cons: The room facilities were a bit old, the room felt damp, and the shower had a strong musty smell!

I loved my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the gym well-equipped. The pool is really big. You can easily spend a day at the pool without venturing out the hotel. Service was very good.

Facilities: Average, a bit old-fashioned. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff were very kind and enthusiastic, but their professionalism could use some improvement. Environment: The hotel's interior environment is decent. Service: The service was warm, and the staff were generally pleasant. Overall, it's the kind of hotel that suits senior tour groups. There were many Indian guests, and the food leaned towards Indian flavors. Breakfast was also quite good.

The hotel is large, with a great variety of breakfast options and friendly staff.

If you're planning a tour of the south, this is the optimal location. I was surprised by how clean it was, and they even had a dehumidifier. If you come to Bali, definitely plan for the south.

Front desk staff was professional and service oriented. Room is quite clean and spacious. I would recommend to skip their breakfast. Not much things to see/explore within walking distance.

Sorry to say I never give any hotel for the bad review. But this hotel really cannot. Just see the photo I attached …. Even I request the spray I need for room smell also never come. When we check out then tell us sorry for the smell?

We had an amazing stay at Four Points on the last night of our trip to Bali. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping attentive to our needs. Special shoutout to the restaurant staff for making our lunches and breakfast really special, going above and beyond in looking after us. And, to the lovely front desk girl, who took beautiful pictures of us.
