This hotel is too wonderful; from the facilities to the service, everything left a deep impression on me. I visited during Indonesia's rainy season, so if lucky, you could see both sunrise and sunset, but if not, it was all rainy days. During my stay, I experienced various weather conditions, from heavy rain to sunny days. The pool was stunning, offering a view of the nearby peaks on clear days. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The massages at the hotel were even better than the ones I tried in Thailand, and the scenery in the massage area was particularly beautiful. The floating breakfast not only looked good but also tasted delicious. I scheduled breakfast for 6:30 AM but unfortunately missed the sunrise due to overcast weather. The hotel provided a 15-minute foot massage and a free terraced rice field tour the next day. Near the hotel, there's Gembleng Waterfall, with a beautiful but slippery terrain during the climb. It would be better if there was hot water in the sink in the room. There were few outlets in the room, and I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone. No bottled water in the room was a bit inconvenient. The kettle's cord was short, and the kettle was faulty. Always remember to close the door to prevent insects from entering. The hotel offered a reasonably priced taxi reservation service; for trips to the city center, it's advisable to book at least 2 hours in advance. If heading to the town center, hotel staff can arrange a motorcycle ride. The hotel's pricing is friendly, and the staff's service is excellent. Thanks to them, my time in Bali was exceptionally wonderful. PS: If the hotel's cocktails and restaurant food could be improved, it would be even more perfect.

The best view in Bali. Lovely staff and great food, however, make sure you tell them how to prepare fish or sea food dishes. Otherwise, they will be a tad too well done. Also, be prepared for geckos roaming the rooms at night and pooping everywhere as you are in the middle of the jungle and rice fields.

The hotel is located near Sidemen village, and there is no supporting facilities around. It is not very convenient to travel. It costs 500k to call a taxi from the hotel to Nusa Dua. Because the hotel is surrounded by pristine forests, it is normal to have some small animals in the room, but the bedding feels a bit yellow and can't be washed out. The restaurant is just okay, not delicious, but not bad. I personally feel that it is not worth a special trip. If you want to see Mount Agung, there are more economical options.

First of all, let’s talk about the advantages. This is a hotel with unrivaled views of the volcano. You can see the volcano when you open the door of the room, and the infinity pool is super photogenic. The service is as good as most hotels in Bali, and the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Let’s talk about the shortcomings. Although the scenery is beautiful, it depends on the weather conditions. About 70% of the time you will not be able to see the volcano for 3 days. The rooms are large but the facilities are very ordinary. People who are afraid of bugs or giant geckos should be careful. , the hotel is under expansion, so the road up is very bumpy. Our car was still stuck. The swimming pool is often full but there are no service staff, resulting in insufficient bath towels. The food in the restaurant can only be regarded as filling the stomach, without highlights.

The view is great, the food in the hotel is delicious and cheap, but the air conditioning in the room is not very cooling. It is easy to sweat if you move a little in the room during the day. It will be better after taking a shower at night. There are 7 rooms in total. Room 104 is right above the swimming pool and faces Mount Agung. It is so beautiful.

The service attitude is very good. We upgraded the villa. The view from the hotel is superb. Agong in the evening is like the sky. In the morning, you can watch the volcano sunrise, jungle rice fields, birds singing and frogs chirping directly from your bed. The experience is unparalleled.

We booked a villa for three with breakfast. In the end they said only 2 breakfasts. It turned out the next day that there were still 3 of them. It was a little unpleasant. The entire villa was paid for, but 3 rooms (one of them the dining room) were locked with a chain and for some reason we could not dispose of the entire villa, but we paid for the entire villa. There is no first aid kit in the villa (we asked for it). The villa does not have a telephone at all to contact the reception, which is surprising for such a price. You need to go out and think with them up all the steps to ask or ask for something. It is not comfortable. Their most expensive accommodation option (villa) should have a landline telephone to contact them. The view of the volcano is excellent, but the volcano itself is visible only in the morning, then the clouds cover it and it’s as if there is no mountain at all. Breakfast is good but meager, light snacks. The hot water works, then the water stops, then it turns on again. The foot massage was excellent, but quick (up to 10-10 minutes). There is absolutely no local infrastructure around. But you can find small local eateries or mini shops, there are no hospitals or pharmacies. The pool is a little cool (since there are shortages of water, this is understandable). It was a little cool for the children to swim there. Overall I liked the holiday. But for more than 1-2 days there is nothing to do there at all and it becomes incredibly boring.

The room is very nice. There are a lot of geckos that will scream at night, but there is a mosquito net. The geckos can't get in. Basically, when you wake up and open your eyes, you will see the volcano view. The early morning and sunset are the best. The service is very good. Everyone is very talkative. If you can't get a car to go to the scenic spot You can ask the staff to help you book a driver. The tour guide in the hotel will also take you on a hike through the terraced fields and introduce the crops. There is basically no surprises in the menu here. I ate different meals for three days and they were all delicious. Anyway, I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Because there are so many mosquitoes in the mountains, don’t go there if they attract mosquito bites, but the food is delicious and the service is great.
