We can’t check in and we want them to refund but no response, we come and they said the place was broken give the other room but horrible we want and no good response bad experience

The territory very nice ,but the rooms must be renovated:( It’s not pleasant to stay in those rooms , very smelly and lots of mould (((( The location is very good for visiting Diamond beach and Atuh beach . The sightseeing located 1km from this hotel (around 15 min walk) There’re couple of shops and restaurants nearby.

I didn’t like there, because next day when we should leave, we’ve got the argument with someone who works there.

We took the hotel for one night, me with my wife and child on a large bed. Everything is good, except for the rooms - a bit old. One of the few hotels where the air conditioner is correctly located, above the bed, so that it does not blow, and at the same time cools. The territory is beautiful, but requires repair and maintenance. Breakfasts are ok, but without juices, which we are used to. Conveniently, there is a gas station and a store nearby - opposite the hotel. The most important thing is that the beach is nearby, where the sunset is stunning

We were looking for a hotel for a day near the Diamond Beach location, for one night it will do for such a price. We need to fix a couple of things: the shower holder is broken in the bathroom, there are no bottles of drinking water, cups, or a kettle in the room. Keep in mind that the breakfasts are meager, we didn't have enough, so we went to a cafe. In general, everything suited us for a day.

Excellent option for such money. Too bad there is no pool. Stayed for 1 night.

The address on the map is incorrect, 30 minutes from the current location. Everything would be fine, but there is no number to contact the hotel, we arrived in the evening at a point on the map, and this is a jungle and nothing around! There is no phone network! We went into the temple, thanks to a local resident, they explained it, showed us the saved photos of the hotel and the name, he knew someone who works there, he called to find out where they were and he took us on his scooter. If it weren’t for him, we would have been left wandering in the jungle at night without communication...... the wrong contact is listed on trip.com. We tried to contact the hotel in advance, clarify the reservation and address, looked for contacts on Google and booking, every contact said that they were no longer engaged in this hotel..... The room is dirty, a lot of dust on the floor. The bed linen is stained, there is no hot water, they do not provide bottled water, they do not provide toothbrushes, and only soap is available for hygiene products. There are cracks in the room and mosquitoes fly in. All night a branch from a palm tree was rubbing against the roof, it was impossible to sleep, at first it seemed as if someone was dripping earth under the window. The hotel is right next to the road where the rise is, get ready to hear the roar of rising mopeds all night.... For breakfast we went to a nearby restaurant, a 5-minute walk. Not worth the money at all. The rooms are all tired, no safe, no refrigerator. I don't recommend it unless it's the only empty hotel.
