One of the most extraordinary stays we have ever had. The service was incredible and the hotel is so special. Thank you Cok Wulan and your team for making us feel so relaxed and looked after!

The room is a bit small, but it has a great view and excellent service.

The stay started with a faulty rain shower which the staff kindly fixed the next day. Then the broken hairdryer which the staff kindly fixed the next day. The AC in the room kept producing sounds especially in the night which was disruptive to sleep. The deal-breaker was towards the end of the stay when we were preparing to check out then we realised one of the 2 glass bottles provided by the hotel which we had been drinking from for our 2 night stay had algae at the bottom!!! I understand the need to be environmentally friendly and have no issues with reusing glass bottles for water refill but they need to be at least CLEAN in the first place since they are being used for drinking water. I fell sick after check out and am now worried about health. We reported this algae incident to the staff upon check out and also completed their feedback form to provide them with a record of this terrible incident. It's been a week now but the hotel has not provided any follow up email or contact on any attempt of service recovery. How is this supposed to be a 5-star hotel! I'm absolutely disappointed with this and wanted to give the hotel a chance to at least provide a reasonable explanation but I haven't heard from them at all even though I had given them my contact details.

Amazing room and service! Everything was great, however be prepared to take showers with insects, lizards and gecko!

Beautifully designed rooms and a nice peaceful location. The service is excellent and the breakfast is good.

Location is so so I expected for better views and neighbourhood but I believe you get better of this a bit more north just 10 min drive. I also had the impression that I booked a room with one of the smaller pools for myself, this was not the case the pools are free for all hotel guest to use so I had people in front of my room constantly even late evenings, a. Bit of a shame when the booking was to look at nature not to have pulled curtains and other hotel guests that was mostly there to take pictures not to enjoy the pool.

This was our favorite stay in Bali. The view was stunning, and the staff was incredibly kind, providing us with great tips. We especially want to thank Antari for her kindness. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

## Hotel Review I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! ### Cleanliness The hotel was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable experience. Every corner was well-maintained, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in their work. ### Service The service was outstanding. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. ### Location The location couldn't have been more convenient. With plenty of shops, spas, restaurants, just a drive away - there was no shortage of things to do. It was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, my experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! I look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel doesn't look as glamorous as you see in the photos. It's pretty average. But it's a good hotel. Staff are very friendly and courteous but you may face some communication problems. Location: around 2-3 km away from the centre but easily accessible with a cheap grab/gojek ride. I would not stay here again.

The room was really pretty and clean. Everything was ok, other than my room TV was not working, and they are only able to fix the next day which i will be checking out. I thought the swimming pool was private to us but its shared (just for you to take note). Their breakfast was not to my liking, as the avocado didnt seem fresh. Overall i would rate this 3/5.

They left us a Good Impression with their Helpfulness. On the first night during our stay, I was in menstrual cramp, me & my husband forget to bring the-reduce-pain medicine. It was late that night, my husband called to the staffs but they don’t have it as well :(( For a moment, they was knocking my door and bring me the medicine that substituted the one I used in my home country. I really appreciated their kindness.

Its the best experience, nice resort with beautiful pool, friendly staff, amenities, and good breakfast. Especially for cok wulan she is really super star from the start i entered the resort until check out. She is really helpfull and attantion to all the detail. And also all the staff very good. Thank you will visit again 🥰❤️
