We stayed at Cicada Resort in Ubud for our honeymoon, and it was the best holiday experience we have ever had. Every interaction with every member of staff was very pleasant and genuine - and our every whim fulfilled. Our villa was beautifully designed, clean and spacius with amazing views of the forest. Our private pool was heated - which made our swims magical. Water pressure in the shower was excellent The food was delicious - breakfast time was extra special, where we could order anything on the infinity menu! We are definitely returning to Cicada. Our only hope is that the transfer from the airport is faster with less traffic!

The villas are stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. I stayed in a private pool villa, a dream come true. The pool overlooked a serene jungle view, offering complete privacy and a perfect spot to unwind. The room was well-appointed, featuring modern amenities while maintaining a traditional Balinese aesthetic. The outdoor shower and bathtub added a luxurious touch. Meals at Tangelo were an absolute treat! On the last day of our stay, we opted for a floating breakfast, which was delightful. For the rest of our stay, we enjoyed our meals at Tangelo. The serene vibe and amazing surroundings made it a memorable experience. The food was very fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of our mornings and evenings. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary couples’ photography session. It was a thoughtful and romantic experience, leaving us with beautiful memories to cherish. Cicada Ubud Resort is truly perfect for a romantic getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by the lack of wild animals near the resort, zero sightings of monkeys and snakes. Cicada Ubud Resort exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or simply a peaceful retreat, this resort offers a slice of paradise. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return.
