Very good value for money, room was clean, laundry service unfortunately unavailable but plenty of alternatives within a one minute walking distance

good location , with easy access to shops, restaurants, and beach, made ur trip convenient. The room was clean, tidy. provided great service, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

Hotel room is big but amenities are limited. Cleanliness can be improved. But with the low price we cannot ask for more.

Back to Cara Cara room is clean and cosy. The check in took a while even though I was checking in at 3.35pm. The room wasn’t ready. This period the hotel is very packed so it s understandable. Room is at the second floor it is not very soundproof so can be a bit noisy during day time. The room I stayed this time can connect to WiFi but wasn’t able to access internet but I have my own data roaming so that’s fine. Overall a good stay.

The location is strategic. Convenient store just few steps away. the hotel is not facing the mainroad so it is not noisy but it’s difficult for car to drop or puck you up in front of the hotel due to narrow road and one way entry. Room was clean but toilet only have one shower room left and early morning there were smells.. female toilet is only one floor. Luckily during my stay it wasn’t crowded.

The room was dirty, the floor left my feet black, the sheets and towels were stained, and I even found a cockroach 😵. After upgrading the room, the fridge didn’t work, and the mattress was uneven (though staff kindly helped replace it, thank you). The sheets were old and fuzzy, which made my skin itch. I ended up checking out early and moving to another hotel because I felt so uncomfortable. Unfortunately, there was no proper compensation, no refund for the unused night, and the upgrade fee felt pointless since the facilities didn’t work. This stay fell far below expectations. Such a shame, especially since I had previously recommended this hotel to friends.

Small room with storage space, bed is small … the beddings has stained so I’m not sure if it’s clean. Shower and toilet smell a bit and wifi doesn’t really work. But the location is great.. walking distance to Kuta beach, restaurants, and cafe.

Best choice, near to Kuta Beach. Staff always smile and Very helpful. Really recommended.

Cara Cara Inn is nice & modern hotel with affordable price. Easy for eateries, Kuta beach, Kuta Art Market & etc. 15-20 minutes by Grab to airport. My room got 2 bathrooms & 1 toilet which very convenient for 4 of us.

Wonderful hotel, excellent rooms, comfortable weather. All within walking distance. Breakfast is also all normal.
