It was a great experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, which made my stay comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, adding to the positive experience. However, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the washroom, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Since I was only staying for one night and was very tired, I didn’t raise a complaint and left the next day. The location wasn’t very convenient, but if you have a scooter, it’s not an issue as you can get around easily. Fixing the washroom issue would definitely make the experience even better for future guests.

Terrible service! We have booked a hotel for a trip to Ubud. But the day before, the main road to Ubud collapsed. ********************************************************************** Of course, we couldn't move into it, risking our lives to get there. Requested cancellation 2 days before check-in. At first, the hotel said that they were not in Ubud, but in Canguu, so there was no risk. We gave them the address from Google maps, and they recognized that it was the address of the hotel. But the hotel still did not refund the money for the booking, despite the transportation emergency. They only apologized for the inconvenience. This is how the hotel embezzles tourists' money without actually providing services, just because they want to.

Very DISAPPOINTING and I was cheated by this hotel. I did not stay at this hotel at all! When I checked in, the receptionist hotel named Fidel explained nervously said that the room I booked was something damaged, and gave me a room that was not the same as the room I booked. It turned out that this hotel building is in the lowlands. The hotel employee Fidel gave me a room on the lowest floor. I have a phobia of lowliness. I immediately informed that I have a phobia of lowliness, I felt short of breath. Previously Fidel said that the Hotel was full and had no other rooms but then he moved me to the 2nd floor and on that floor I still had shortness of breath and uncomfortable. He said the 3rd floor was full! The hotel should have provided clear information that this hotel building located on lowlands is NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH A PHOBIA OF LOWNESS! This hotel is very far from the crowd and gives a feeling of insecurity.

The hotel facilities are stunning, very clean and peaceful, an extraordinary environment. Room is clean and very cozy, the swimming pool area is perfect for relax. The restaurant with the views above the river is also a must visit. The service is also first class, they are very helpful with all your needs. I had a medical emergency and they helped me to find an international hospital nearby and solve all my problems. Definitely will be back to this hotel next time I go to Ubud.

From hotel will take 20 minutes taxi drive to central ubub. Hotel was great, room was spacious. You can only take shower in the bathtub by sitting, and there are no hairdryer.

Very cool hotel!!! Big, beautiful, well-kept! The rooms are huge, everything is very beautiful and clean (except for the seats on the sofas), although the door is unusual)) When we lived there was almost no one, the pools are always empty. Super beautiful territory, we advise you to walk around the hotel right away, we did this before leaving and really regretted it, we missed the insanely beautiful pool with a view of the river and the jungle. We recommend it to everyone - comfort in Indonesian style. You can stay for a long time if you rent a bike, if on your own, then at least come for a couple of days to enjoy the rest and beauty

The hotel environment is superb. Opposite the front desk is the terraced field, which is very cozy. The hotel is very new and the doors are all made of beautiful wood. I stayed on the first floor, and when I opened the door, there was a public swimming pool and lounge area. It was really cozy. The only drawback may be that the location is a bit far from the city.
