DO NOT BOOK!!!! This was the worst hotel I have ever been to, the hotel receptionist was the worst. Receptionist/Management behaviour: She was holding my hands and behaving like she is running a backpackers. I told her that there is no towel, there is no wardrobe or no hotel slipper - she was like go buy. One and laughed. The floor was so dirty and also didn’t seem like it was cleaned properly. And then she gave me a room which was not in my request, and she was gaslighting me me and telling me to take it. In reality, they had another room(which she reorganised since I told I need refund for one day). I was delayed for my dinner because of this woman. So low class behaviour and also zero management capability. She is giving me disgusting advice to go mingle when she knows clearly Iam travelling solo, crossing boundaries! Room: She provided me with a room which was twin bed, the bed was so small and when I told her that she is join the beds. The whole night I was squishing my self in that bed (the room I booked was king suite). Cleanliness: The bathroom stunk stunk stunk of drainage, I couldn’t shower not use the washroom. I used the basin in the kitchen. I told the house keeping boy he was trying his best but it looks like blocked drainage (even though it’s a new hotel) they need to check with the plumber. When I checked in the room was used by someone else . Iam shaking Thinking about the cleanliness. Curtains: Shutters were so difficult to operate and you cannot access the balcony easily. Phone: NO PHONE you have to go down but there is no on in the reception especially after 7pm. Hospitality : ZERO don’t Expect ANYTHING , the housekeeping people are sweet and will help you but not the receptionist timid lady. I checked in at 8:15pm after all the room hassle. And informed a morning receptionist not the same one during my checkin who seems like the manager , I can do 12:30pm due to my yoga class. At 1045am around I get WhatsApp message that i need vacate on time since they need to clean. Overall: Hard Hard Hard Hard Pass I did not take pictures because why would I want to remind myself and picture grossness. Take it from me please please find something else. This place is disgusting even though the picture seems beautiful. The location is tricky too with the lane being small. I No conditioner, no adapter , not even dental kit . Apparently the owner doesn’t want to provide! Such a waste of money and shame on them for being rude and with poor integrity.

I had the pleasure of staying at Apartment Hotel Aviator in Berawa/Canggu for just under a month — and honestly, it was one of the most special places I’ve stayed in during all my travels. From the very beginning, I felt completely at home. There’s a calm, welcoming energy in this place that makes it so easy to relax and truly settle in. What stood out the most for me was the people. Every single person working there — from reception to management — was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. Putra and Ayu in particular made my stay unforgettable. They weren’t just friendly, they were heartfelt in everything they did. I never felt like “just another guest” — they really took the time to get to know me, and it made all the difference. Whatever I needed, no matter how big or small, someone was always there, willing to help or find the best solution for me. That kind of personal service is rare — and something I’ll never forget. The apartment itself was wonderful. I’ve stayed in many places around the world, but very few have felt this organized, spacious, and well thought out. There was so much storage space — which is such a relief when you’re traveling longer — and everything felt clean, modern, and peaceful. It was easy to keep things tidy, and that sense of order gave me a real sense of calm. The kitchen, although compact, was fully equipped and absolutely enough for me to cook more complex meals. I loved being able to prepare my own food when I wanted, and everything I needed was there. The cleanliness throughout the whole stay was exceptional — the service team kept everything spotless and fresh. Even though the pool was shared with other guests and not directly accessible from my apartment, it was always a lovely place to unwind. And my personal highlight was my own little garden area just outside the double room — a small, peaceful corner that made the whole apartment feel even more special. This place really became my second home. I’m already looking forward to returning — not just because of the comfort and quality, but because of the people and the feeling they create there. Apartment Hotel Aviator offers more than just a stay — it offers a sense of belonging. Thank you for everything, from the bottom of my heart. I’ll definitely be back.

A completely new and beautiful place in Canggu, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable and memorable. And the wifi was also really fast so we can work from the room. Thank you so much! 💗✨
