Generally not a bad hotel, medium level overall. Location is okay but not great. Their pool opening times are very weird though. They open from 07:00-10:00 , closed during day time and reopen at 17:00-21:00. That was very inconvenient for us. The breakfast is OK but not very tasty. Their attitude and service is very good, they are friendly and try to help you. If you can get a deal for less than 30 $ a night i would recommend that hotel. Otherwise for more than 30$ there are better options in bali.

You guys 1/2 hotels in my entire month in Bali that actually had hot water! Room was spacious. Toilet constantly flushed and was super loud. Balcony was nice touch but also you can hear ppl in the pool. Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend to include. Location is about 20minutes from Uluwatuu beaches but down the street from the Cultural Park. And there are several convenient stores nearby. The bedding did have stains (they switched it out without hassle) and honestly quite itchy. I woke up with a rash but I was so ecstatic about the hot water I decided to just use my own little blanket and a sarong to put on top of the sheets; could’ve been a reaction to the detergent or fabric softener. The burger was wack decent, but for 65,000IDR I was happy that it didn’t taste horrible. I have videos but trip only lets me upload photos so..follow queenofintegration31 on YouTube for visuals. I paid $37 for one night and $32 for the other. From 10/15-10/17/25

I specifically requested a high-floor room, and the hotel staff were very accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed linens were dry and not damp, making it the most comfortable bedding among the eight hotels I stayed at on this trip. The in-room dining was also excellent and exceeded my expectations, especially the pizza. It was perfectly baked with a lovely aroma.

Only two bottles of water per room per day? That's incredibly stingy. When I ordered room service, I left the dishes outside after eating, and they actually suspected me of stealing a spoon when I checked out. The room itself was decent though, and the front desk lady upgraded my room, which was a nice gesture.

Great Stay with Warm Service – Just Wished for Better Info at Check-In Thank you, Best Western Kamala, for a comfortable one-night stay. I was very happy with my room on the 5th floor it was in a non-smoking area, just as I requested and the atmosphere was peaceful and clean. A special thanks to Lara Ari from the reservations team, who arranged my airport pick-up. She responded promptly via email, and the driver patiently waited even though my flight was delayed. I really appreciated that extra care after a long journey. However, I feel the check-in process could be improved, especially for guests arriving late. I wasn’t informed that room service ends at 10:00 PM, and there was no mention of this in the room or online. I only found out when I tried to place an order and he was told the restaurant had already closed. As someone who enjoys spa treatments, I was also disappointed to only learn about the hotel’s spa promotions during lunch at check-out, when a therapist offered me the service. Had I known earlier, I would have made time for it but by then, my airport driver had already arrived. That said, I had a great experience with the friendly restaurant staff, and Mr. Yono from housekeeping gave me such a warm welcome that I felt right at home as a local guest. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, definitely worth it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with lovely staff. With just a bit more information provided at check-in, the guest experience could be even better. Thank you again!

Best Western Kamala Jimbaran located in the midst of busy road, surrounding have restaurant, food court which is great. It is not far from the GWK attraction, and short drive to the Jimbaran seafood restaurant at the beach.

Everything is good except for the reception team. - When we arrived, it is Tuesday - off peak day without any crowded but no one welcome us at the lobby. We took the luggage ourself to the check in desk. - They gave us a room in 5th floor where its upstair was a construction working from 9-5 daily. We asked to change the room and it was agreed by the reception team but we had to take all belonging ourself once again to go to the lobby to switch the key card, nobody helped. - On the last day staying there, we asked if can check out at 12:30 and was agreed by the reception team. At 12:00, we received a text notified us that check out time is 12:00. When we came back to the hotel at 12:15 to take our luggage, the room was already locked and we have to ask them to open for us. - After check out, we have to take your luggage to the car by ourself (again) - Housekeeping team was always being super support and say hello every time they saw us - the only highlight of this hotel - Location is ok: 25 mins to Uluwatu temple area, 15 mins to Padang Padang That’s so disappointed feeling compare to all hotel services we have experience in Bali in general. I mean we are ok with self service as provided by budget hotel, but Best Western is still a classic hotel where service should be
