Jungut Guest House Ubud

There were ants in beddings. The owner is nice and fixed it at once. Ants came back to the bed on the next day. Breakfast was good. Easy walking to center. Overall, good for value

I stayed here for five days, and it was exactly what I needed. Jungut Guesthouse is a peaceful hideaway right in the center of Ubud, just a few steps from Ubud Palace and all the main spots. Despite being so central, it’s incredibly quiet, perfect for a solo traveler like me who values stillness after a full day of exploring. The villa has this calm, almost grounding energy. The garden is lush, the rooms are simple but well-kept, and the staff are kind, respectful, and never intrusive. Everything you need is within walking distance, cafes, markets, temples yet once you’re inside, it feels like you’re miles away from the noise. If you’re looking for a place that balances location, comfort, and serenity, this is it. A true gem in Ubud.

Location wise.Owners were kind. Beds were okay. Only the toilet need to be updated.

The owner is very accomodating. And the garden in the sorroundings are awsome. The location is newr to everywhere.

Location was in the center of Ubud although you have to walk into an alley to get there. It’s along an alley where there are shops so it’s very safe. Breakfast was the same everyday but I didn’t mind because normally I don’t eat breakfast anyway. Place was interesting because it’s in a typical Balinese household compound so you get an experience of local life and Balinese culture. For me it was a place to sleep and for a really low cost.
