The receptionists are very approachable and smiling. You can see they’re halpy to assist. The building is not as new as the picture byt I believe it is well maintained. The food in their resto are really good. I must recommend to get their breakfast. There’s also an ice cream place beside the resto (going to the sea) with numerous flavot options. Also walkinf distance to the beach. All in all, we had a great time staying at Grandmas

Great value, perfect location for beach lovers! This is an amazing hotel—super close to the beach! I timed it: just a 4-minute walk at a regular pace. If you're in Seminyak to enjoy the beach and not spend all day in your hotel, this is your best choice. It's probably the cheapest hotel this close to the beach. The staff is incredible. They're always attentive and check in on you. On my last night, I woke up at 1:30 AM with stomach cramps, and they helped deliver medicine to my room. That kind of service goes above and beyond. Some people have left negative reviews because of the room size, but it was perfect for me. I booked a two-bed room—used one bed for sleeping and the other for my stuff. Great setup! I also appreciated the thoughtful layout: I didn’t need to get up to turn the lights on or off because the switches were strategically placed. The table in the middle was perfect for my phone, watch, and a cup of coffee as I unwound before bed. It’s nothing fancy, but I also didn’t pay an exorbitant amount. For the price and location, this hotel is a total win.

Loved the stay, but styling my hair was a challenge” Super convenient location, comfy room, and helpful staff. Only complaint: no power outlet in the bathroom, so I had to style my hair outside by the bed not ideal. Still, great value and would return!

The location is good, walking distance to the beach, nearby restaurants and amenities. Hotel and room is clean. The service is excellent too!

Grandmas was in a prime location,5 minutes walk to beach,restaurants supermarkets etc within walking distance. The hotel looked tired but the rooms were cozy and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great place great people

Great location, 2 min walk from Seminyak beach, simple room but was perfect for what we needed and the price reflected this, very good price. Could be slightly noisy in the mornings but if you’re up early that shouldn’t be a problem. The staff were great, so friendly and attentive.

Very nice location. Hotel staff very friendly. The restaurant very convenient and delicious breakfast. The hotel has live band from 7-11pm, maybe some rooms can be a bit noisy, my room was fine (hotel provides earplugs). I had a great stay
