Toilet made a weird sound. Notified the cleaners but nothing happened. Aparrt from that a good experience. Breakfast was so-so. The pool and atmosphere was amazing! All in all good price-value. Location also good.

Food was good. Towels were a little too worn, with many frayed edges. Room was mostly clean except the bathtub which had some stains.

Service was really good and welcoming. Facilities wise, i felt it can be better and improved upon!

The space was not the highlight of my trip to say the least. I am a pretty easy going guy but they had no hot water and very little internet. The private pool was blurry and had a lagoon like look. Service of the people was good but the management needs to spend more time or the basics of hospitality.

What a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for the first 4 nights of our visit and had an amazing stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was perfect for our family. Whilst there were a few things that weren’t ready yet due to reactivation after Covid there was an alternative for everything and we had a lovely time. The staff were so kind and friendly. We loved being in a more countryside setting but a nice walk to some great warungs. Would definitely recommend to others with families or romantic holiday away from the hustle and bustle

Pros: The price is cheap. The room is very spacious. Breakfast and dinner times are long. The place to eat is very beautiful. Cons: The room is very old and smells. There are a lot of bugs. The bathroom smells and is not very clean. Overall review: Good value for money, but not hygienic and not in a good location, so I have no intention of revisiting. It is very old and dirty compared to the posted photos.

Don't book! Don't book! Don't book!!! It's terrible. The whole room is not ventilated. The elevator is very small. The deadly smell from the moment you enter the elevator is disgusting. I regretted staying here with my friends. I can only come back late and leave early. It's such a smelly hotel. Whoever stays here will regret it. I give up.

The location of the hotel is good, the facilities in the room are complete, the hot water in the shower is very good, the dinner is not expensive and tastes good, I only booked one night, and the price of staying for one more night is about 100 RMB more expensive than Ctrip.

The center is easy to reach by scooter (80k rental at the resort), bikes available free of charge. Great breakfast with omelette and pancake bar. Pool and room very nice👍 Overall a great stay. Very friendly atmosphere 😇

The staff was so sweet. All are in Bali. I was recommended this place by a travel agency. I have unfortunately some things to say: It was not close to eather town og Beach at all. It’s not on any beach or near by. The breakfirst was simple. The hotel not proper maintained. But the worst was, working outside of my window. No windows to open in my room. There was a ringing tone every 30 sec. from the bathroom and the very worst, was that smell I complained about, with gave me headaches. It was in my room and at the distribution corridor. My clothes in my suitcase still smell of that chemicals from that I was told: antz spray. It essentially healthy to sleep in that chemicals. And it’s aganist my values to use and infect people and environment with that. I couldn’t stay in that smell. But I dident had energy or money to change hotel. Coz my 4 nights at that hotel was pretty expensive, outside of season. Much more than here in Ubud which is a cleaner and more nice natural place. Hope you will cancel that smell. And take care of the noise from your toilets in room 534. I’m sorry but that room and smelled stressed me so much. I talked to the reception about it. I’ve got no response I could use to anything. I said It really haves me headache. Imagine to sleep in chemicals for 4 nights. And noise.

Location is a little away not exact in centre but easy access by private vehicle, villas are clean and peafecul, we would like to appreciate the personal assistance throughout our stay, food and staff were very polite and quick , we loved the spa service at the inhouse spa as well , thank you for the honeymoon gesture we would surely visit again and recommend to our friends as well..

It was my first time in Bali and I was pretty unsure about how the villa would be but to my surprise everything went smoothly...clean rooms,excellent food and friendly staffs...I'd like to mention one staff in particular YOGA....he was very helpful, gave us a good welcome, and made sure our stay was excellent....I would for sure recommended other friends of mine to visit bali and book their comfort stay in this villa as well. Thankyou so much Yoga and the other staffs for making our trip memorable....

Our initial reaction was positive - our villa was pretty with a nice pool. However the service we received was incredibly poor. Unfortunately we had a massage while here which resulted in bruising all down my husband's back. The masseurs giggled and talked to each other throughout. We left with migraines and soreness which last the following few days. We ordered room service and got violently sick - the only time I've ever gotten 'bali belly'. A man walked into our Villa while I was sick in bed. Front desk were not very helpful. Infact were not even there when we went to check out in time for our flight home. Very disappointed in our stay.
