This hotel is really great, with excellent pools. There are 3 of them. It's the first hotel where we didn't encounter a single Russian person – 90% are British. Breakfast is decent, but it lacks meat; otherwise, everything else is available.

Nice hotel with a beautifully overgrown garden. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with good beds.

Everything was excellent. A good hotel with a Balinese style. The breakfasts were good. There's an enormous amount of greenery on the property, it feels like living in a jungle! The only downside is the complete lack of a beach; there's construction equipment operating there.

Good location, great service, beautifully grounds. We enjoyed this hotel very much.

Amazing value for money staying at this resort. It’s got character and depth unlike other chain hotels. Within walking distance to everything in Kuta, and very quiet at night (pay extra for the next level room to be facing inwards vs outwards to the street). Buffet limited to others but still yummy and satisfying. Mostly chilled and perhaps older couples stay here based on my observation. We like that! Special mention to Agus at front desk who was super helpful and authentic in answering questions and queues.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Bali, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was given a room that had a noticeable musty smell, and the sheets had black mold spots on them. Additionally, the bathroom was missing basic amenities like disposable toothbrushes. After contacting the front desk, I was moved to another room, which had a slightly less damp odor. To make matters worse, this was the only hotel in Bali where the tap water was salty. I tested the tap water for residual chlorine and found the levels to be extremely high, with the water turning a bright yellow after the test. When I requested bottled water for brushing my teeth and washing my face, I was informed that guests are only allowed two bottles per day. This felt quite stingy, especially considering the circumstances. The next morning, I was greeted by an unexpected guest—a cockroach at the bathroom door, which was quite disheartening. The showerhead was extremely dirty, with visible stains. Thankfully, I had brought my own filtered showerhead, but after just twenty minutes of use, the filter turned black, revealing visible impurities. Lastly, the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

What’s Not So Great: Not Disability-Friendly – Accessibility is a big issue; the resort was not built with mobility-impaired guests in mind. Room Service Issues – Only available until 10 PM, and hot food is served in soft paper boxes without plates—not the best experience. Limited Milk Options – No oat or almond milk at breakfast, which is surprising for a resort of this caliber. Extra Charges for Water – Being charged for additional water refills is an unnecessary downside. Final Verdict: Bali Garden Beach Resort offers a solid 4-star experience with a fantastic location, views, and friendly staff. However, accessibility issues, room service quality, and minor inconveniences prevent it from being a true 5-star stay. If you're looking for a well-located beachfront stay in Kuta and can overlook the small drawbacks, this resort is still a great choice.

Perfect location with nice garden and pools, service very attentive, the only down side is check out time is 10am. Others all excellent

The service is great, and the staff are professional and nice. The location is near the airport. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it is still very clean and well-organised. The price is reasonable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Bali Gardens is a beautiful hotel in a great position for restraunts Waterbom park and shopping will defo stay in this hotel but would recommend room that is on garden and pool side
