Villas were extremely clean and very well-designed. The only downside is that the Hill Villa (the villa we were staying in) was quite a walk to the reception. So, there was one night where I had ordered GoFood and had walked all the way to lobb6 to collect my delivery, only to find that I had left my cash in the villa. As I was running back to get the cash, the night manager chased after me (for quite a distance). He stopped me and said that he could settle the bill first, and that I could settle the bill with the reception at a later time. This shows you how excellent the customer service is.

Purist villa and spa is very nice property with good breakfast option. I had only 1 concern room didn’t have proper lightening and lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Nice environment with friendly and helpful staff. Pools are well maintained and great to dip in. Cafe food and drinks are nice too. Bed is very comfortable. Location is well situated with quick access to ubud city area and ubud palace. There is also free shuttle too. Great for a getaway!

The hotel is wonderful! The staff is very friendly, the breakfasts are beyond praise, in the morning you can go to yoga if you sign up in advance (it is paid). The villas are very stylish in a modern design with a Balinese touch. Upon arrival, they brewed tea with honey for us - it was a pleasant impression that they were waiting for us) There are not many villas in the hotel, not many people, you feel privacy. The pools are good. I recommend choosing villas on the second floor - for us on the first floor it was a little dark. We checked in late, which is why we did not understand this at first, but in the morning when we contacted the reception, we were given the opportunity to move to a villa on the second floor. The only thing that could be improved is the sun loungers (both in the villas and by the pool), they are already tired 🙂 Otherwise, we recommend the hotel 100% - staying in it, you will be imbued with Ubud)

It's really good overall. The environment, service and breakfast are all good. It's worth a try.

The bathroom is semi-open outside and it rains a little while washing. I walk to the Grand Palace not far away and have a massage. You can also eat. The afternoon tea provided is not bad. It is a little unsafe. The first door is not locked at night. Cats or Other critters will break in

I was able to tour the accommodation in person and explained the facilities and use in detail, so it was nice and cleanly maintained. High quality accommodation The swimming pool is good too The breakfast in the morning is really delicious and full of sincerity. Pro-railway is the best

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms, excellent facilities, beautiful swimming pools, good food and very friendly staff. Location well situated in relation to the city center of Ubud.
