The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were little ants in the room but not many to inform the hotel of the issue. Its very convenient with a shopping mall at the back of the hotel. The transport in Bali is cheap but staying in this hotel ends up being higher if your coming from Kuta beach and wait for Grab or Gojek on the one way streets. Example from the hotep to Kuta is 5k but going back if you're getting picked up from Mecure it will end up being 8k. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed on the top floor, it was quite clean and the service was excellent. Breakfast was also good, exceeding my expectations. It's very close to the airport, and there's a Galleria duty-free shop next door. Taxis are very cheap; a GoJek ride to Kuta Beach was only 35K.

We had a great stay here. It’s 10 to 15mins to the airport. It’s very convenient for those who catch early flights. Easy commute. It’s next to a mall and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. Full amenities. Pool, gyms. The breakfast is very delicious! Love it!

I really loved the vibe of this hotel; the design is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool is also in a great spot, which I really liked. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even helped with my luggage.

Not really impressed with the second floor room, which was more like “emergency room at roof”, other than a proper room. Strong smells since coming to our room - as the room layout design was studio, no separated walls between bedroom & bathroom. They just using a glass panel which makes bathroom area becomes not privacy. The water quality was bad. The whole family member, 4 of us, we had diarrhoea during 3(three) nights staying there & getting better once we moved to the other hotel. They were still doing renovations on the floor 1 & 2 since they’re having impact Bali’s flooding in the past. The only thing I loved, their location is very convenient, closed to big shop centre in Bali.
