Great stay with friendly and attentive staff. They seem to remember your room number. Came during the low season and the property is less busy as a result. Staff had more free space to serve guests. Room got upgraded too which was a nice touch. Breakfast was normal and don't expect much. Although the eggs station should satisfy your basic western breakfast style needs. The private beach club for hotel guests only and complimentary shuttle service to the beach club + bali collection are a plus. Will stay again if the price is right.

Small friendly comfortable hotel with great pools in lush gardens. Good size rooms. Best breakfast yet. Just outside the gated area, so still has Bali charm with enough good restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle to private beach in prime location. We will be back. Easy taxi ride to airport.

Overall average hotel, for this price point you can find better options. The rooms on the first floor are dark, not enough lighting. Wifi connection is poor. Breakfast is average. From hotel to the beach it’s 25 minutes walk, there is a shuttle bus but it works every 2 hours, not so convenient. Usually there is low tide after 2pm, water isn’t so clear.

Everything working in this place which is not common in Bali. Good AC is big plus.

The food was soso. My bathroom water shower was light warm cold.

A nice hotel, clean spacious deluxe garden room stay. Food was good , staff very courteous. Free beach shuttle daily. Lovely pools to swim and sunbathe. Nusa Dua is a nice quiet resort not a party place but some good restaurants. Massages galore to be had. Relaxing and enjoyable stay nothing detrimental to say about Grand Bali and would happily stay again.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was great. The fact that there was a market right across the street was a plus. However, there was only one type of cheese for breakfast. It was easy to get to the beach. It also has a wonderful garden.

The space is huge, the facilities are a bit old, and the safe is usable. Breakfast was good. I am the only Chinese in the whole place. There is a connecting door in this room, 9 of which should have been a family room before, you can change it if you mind. The breakfast is good, there is a shuttle bus to the beach, and the overall environment is OK.

The rooms are quite large and have small balconies. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and it is a Southeast Asian country. The bathtub, sink, and air conditioner are all old. The hotel reception staff is a huge plus that makes up for all the hotel's existing shortcomings. They will always come to your aid with any question, if you do not have an Indonesian SIM card, they will call the cheapest taxi from their phone, at the booking stage they answer letters very quickly (20-30 minutes), and they also try their best to fulfill individual requests specified at the time of booking. Reception 10+ points. The rooms are tired, they need cosmetic repairs, but the plumbing and air conditioning work well, which is important, the room is clean, the bed linen is of good quality. We booked the cheapest room with a garden view and asked for a quiet room with a good view. The request was granted and we were given room 228 on the second floor overlooking the fountain in the courtyard of the spa center, while the room was separated from other rooms on the floor by a large internal corridor so we did not hear our neighbors. There is a staircase next to the room, along which you can be at the pool in 30 seconds, but you don’t hear any noise from the pool. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this room is ideal. Swimming pool: clean, warm, lots of greenery around, ideal for relaxing in the evening, open until 21-00. Breakfast is poor, only omelet is offered from European food, breakfast time is from 7:00 to 10:00. The hotel has its own beach club, but the free shuttle runs only once every two hours from 9-00 to 17-00, which is absolutely inconvenient. The beach is being cleaned, but the beach club is located in a place where the tides are very strong, there is almost always no water on the beach, we went swimming on foot from the hotel to Geger beach (15-20 minutes), I recommend downloading the tide schedule on the Internet.
