I booked a deluxe villa on ***********, upon arrival, there was no hand towels or soap, and the hot water didn’t work until our second evening. The insect net had holes, dirt and didn’t even cover the whole bed. There was a variety of ants and other insects in and around the room, some which had been squished and left in the room. One positive however, was the pool, this was the nicest part of the property. I checked out of this hotel 3 days early. I was very disappointed
