I had a terrible time trying to sleep at night because i got biten by bugs the whole night and woke up with bug bites all over my leg. The ac is also very weak for bali standards.
The staff are nice but i will not book this hotel again.

Mold in the walls, can smell it when inside. Dirty smelly room. Woke up with bites all over my body, Dr confirmed bed bug bites. Left immediately, no refund. Really shockingly bad hotel, cost $350 to get my luggage & house sprayed once home in case any bugs hitchhiked. Avoid!!

Firstly, the images here on Tripadvisor are wildly outdated. ALOT has changed with this resort and it barely resembles the images on the website. There is now a main road at the side of the Resort, an extension of the main road in and out of Pereranan. There is also construction happening (Nov 23) on the beach front of the resort. I think they are extending the walkway from Pererenan up to Seseh so there is hard to walk on rubble everywhere. My first view on entering my sea view room was of a giant cement mixer. One has to make an allowance for beach front set ups as they will always be at the mercy of the corrosive effects of Ocean Spray. The PNB has a lot of rusting old railings and pipes that makes it look very neglected. The bathroom actually needed a good clean. I was there visiting friends for 2 nights so I was out a lot, but ifI had booked this for a holiday accommodation , I would have been very disappointed. Well over priced at 650 000 IDR a night.

I stayed for only one day and stayed for 1 month. 1 minute away from the beach and you sleep with the sound of waves. It was a very peaceful place. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Im sure back again

The location is great and the room was good. I loved the balcony and the pool area. The reception was very helpful and organised for an airport pickup. They also organised a scooter for a few days which made staying in the area so fun. It is really nice to ride out into the surrounding areas with rice fields.

Beautiful location, gorgeous rooftop pool overlooking the ocean, good food.
Poor wifi and staff help. No free water- which I could get at any other stays which were a lot cheaper. Disappointing

The site has a very good location and more if you want to surf. You hear the ocean waves from the room and that's great.
The problem is that the room faces the corridor, or the path where people pass and the only window we had was that one. In other words, if you want light, you remove the curtain but everyone who walks by can see you. There's no Privacity; but the biggest problem was not that, the problem is that it smelled closed, abandoned, the bathroom is in terrible condition and we found bugs. [I know there are bugs in Bali I've been here for 4 months] but the place was not clean and the towels they gave us were old and dirty.
I decided to leave a day early because the internet was also down every two by three and I needed a competent internet to work.
Regular breakfast too, the only good thing is the view from the restaurant and the location.
I don't recommend this hotel unless you don't want to spend a lot of time in it and are out all day. There are much better hotels for that price.
