Hotel Neo+ Kuta - Legian by Aston Reviews

Stayed at Neo+ Kuta for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job. Location is convenient, close to shops, food, and not too far from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and Western options, and I also tried the spa, which was very calm and relaxing. Suksma Bali!

WOW !! This hotel should definitely be a 5 star ! I first stayed at Neo by myself in September. The experience was so great I decided to come back in December for the Bali trip I had planned for my mother’s birthday. From the moment we parked we were greeted warmly by the entire team and they helped with our luggage. They brought us drinks to welcome us and they even gave us some tasty desert with a birthday message to my mom… she was extremely touched. The reception team, restaurant team and the housekeeping team were all extremely professional, helpful and friendly ! Throughout our entire stay everyone was so warm and kind that when time came to check out, we did so with great sadness… See you soon I hope

Beautiful hotel view, spacious room, the furniture is old but still comfortable. The bed is big and comfortable. I stayed in a Deluxe Room with a balcony. There’s music playing along the corridor. The breakfast changes daily and has a good variety. Satisfied with the price.

Convenient, basic and centrally located. Just needed a nights stay before heading to airport. Also managed to walk on foot to Beachwalk Mall nearby along Kuta Beach

My stat was so nice here. Staffs are very helpful, friendly and polite and the food are very good and cheap!

We had a good experience during our stay in the hotel. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Also, the hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and mini marts.

Pleasant service, good internet, and a rich breakfast. The only downsides were the cleaning quality and a leaky window during a heavy downpour, which soaked a bag of belongings left nearby. However, I did notice a staff member fixing windows upon guest requests.

I stayed at Neo+ Aston for 4 nights. The location was perfect—close to Ground Zero, Kuta Beach. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the pool (Pool Access Room), restaurant and Lobby. The amenities like breakfast, gym, pool, etc were well-maintained. Only downside was I had to booked for the Spa but it was full, but overall, it didn’t affect my stay too much. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Kuta/Legian.

The hotel located just next to Main Street with bar and restaurant but it won’t be noisy. The staff are nice with friendly smile. No gym room but swimming pool, its worth for money for 1-2 nights stay

The room was a bit small and didn't look very clean, but the front desk service was good. The hotel is located in a small alley, which makes it a bit hard to find. There's a convenience store right across the street. I think it's okay for a one or two-night stay as a transit, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer period.
