Hotel needs some updating in amenities. The breakfast was very delicious and staff was attentive. I’d like to see their booking page updated as they don’t have a shuttle service anymore. One of the two pools was under renovation. Overall not bad. Location was out of the main area so you’ll have to get transportation if you’d like to go anywhere.

Nice cozy pool. Buffet breakfast which is better than giving option to choose. Mosquitos are very high in numbers in that area. Generous amount of bottle of water. Walls need to be clean throughly. Netflix and TV available:)

The location is pretty quiet, but it is hard to find a gofood driver. Seems like you can only get food from hotel and nearby restaurants. Luckily at ten o'clock at night I still can get food from warung dewa that is still open till 11 at night. I booked two rooms that haven't been prepared till 2.30 though the porter was pretty quick and nice. But all of that didn't matter because they really have poor cleanliness. Smelly pillows and hard used bed and dirty bedsheets. I would not recommend this hotel. But if you after good view with affordable price, you might consider it.

The staff was very friendly. I appreciate that when I didn't like the room I stayed in at first, they immediately changed it without any problems. breakfast is not bad. There is an affordable massage parlor next to this hotel. I will stay at this hotel again.

Fantastic property. Value for money. Slight away from city centre. But It's OK and worth it. Good place to stay.

Booking villa but many ant in room finally go to normal room

The room was clean and cozy but smelled a bit damp. The staff was friendly, there was no hair dryer in the room but they brought it to us as soon as we asked. Sometimes there were interruptions with Wi-Fi. But overall I recommend this hotel 

The problem of the quality of the accommodation provided in Bali remains. The hotel may not have been renovated for years since its opening. The same here, the room stock could do with being renovated, and at least the towels should be replaced with new ones. However, in general, the hotel can be rated 8 out of 10 based on impressions. Pros: huge room, bright and clean inside Absence of foreign odors Daily cleaning Friendly and polite staff Drinking water is replenished daily Smoking is allowed on the balcony What needs to be worked on: Periodically in the mornings, the already meager buffet was missing. Instead, there were three types of breakfast to choose from. But each time I chose, there was not much choice in its variety (smiling, the staff reported the absence of ham in the English breakfast, replacing it with sausages without the right to choose). The sockets in the room are inconveniently located and there are few of them. Of the toiletries, there was only shower gel, no shampoo. Very mediocre internet speed. But in terms of price-quality ratio, this is a decent option for Ubud, even taking into account the shortcomings. Other hotels in the city center, even with 4 stars, which were more expensive, had much worse conditions.

An extraordinary experience... the price is very affordable with fairly complete facilities. I thought there wasn't a bath but it turns out there is, love it
