Hotel service and location are great, easy to do some water activities such as diving or snorkling. Breakfast spread could be better, dinner taste and price is okay.

A hot spring on a magnificent property surrounded by nature. A delicious breakfast in a fantastic location. Everything about this resort was fantastic.

The grounds and pools are like something out of a postcard. The restaurant is very pleasant and delicious. The breakfast, in particular, is excellent and varied. Our bungalow with a hot spring was generally nice, just a bit smaller than expected, and we're not fans of the mosquito nets, as they make it even more intrusive. Showering with a view of the stars was great, and above all, the water pressure was good, and the temperature stayed warm or cold. The resort is located in a small village, and transportation from the ferry can be comparatively expensive (200-400 IDR). There's no Grab or ATM nearby. Renting a scooter at the end of the street at the Warung Makan was easy (under 100.00 IDR per day), which gave us the flexibility to explore the beautiful area. We would have stayed there another night and thank the hotel for the wonderful stay, including a massage and delicious welcome drinks.

The ambiance is nice, and the breakfast is generous. However, when I checked in, I clearly booked a meal for three, but the front desk staff said it was only for two. I showed them the check-in slip and checked, and they changed it. The coordination was terrible. Finally, the breakfast and pool were a standout. I wouldn't recommend purchasing extra services at the hotel, like snorkeling. There are two nearby, so be sure to bargain. Finally, my wife said the spa was very pleasant. I'd give it a 70-point score. At 1,000 per night, the value isn't great; I recommend staying on the island.

It's perfect for a quiet getaway, perfect for a few days. We stayed at Villa, which has its own private sulfur hot spring pool. The room was spacious and clean. The resort is ecologically friendly, with wildlife visiting. The service and hotel software were excellent. It's a bit far north, so you can't rush. You have to slow down and enjoy your vacation. That's how you truly feel. The spa is also fantastic.

Beautiful panorama but the entrance road is not good

This is not the first time I have returned to this hotel. We book a villa with its own pool, it is magical. Everything is thought out. A luxurious massage for 1 person is included in the price. A good buffet with a beautiful view of the volcanoes. So I recommend taking a tour from the hotel to the neighboring island and seeing a lot of fish! There is also a store on the territory where you can buy robes, exactly the same as those in the room, they cost only 400 local.

I chose a room with a private hot spring. There was also a loft, so it looked like it could accommodate three people. Next time I'd like to request a connecting room.

The hotel has warm service, clean environment, excellent location, high cost performance, and is worth recommending. However, they randomly arrange twin rooms, and there are no double rooms, which is not in line with the public's habits.

It was great. Everything was amazing. The quality of the hot springs was amazing. I would like to stay here again. Menjagan is far away, but if you have the chance, please stay here.
