It's terrible. I booked this hotel to be closer to the pier. I regretted listening to Xiaohongshu's recommendation. I should have chosen a star hotel. It's a big difference to stay at Kempinski the night before and here the next day. 1. Hygiene: The outdoor seats were crawling with ants and there were stains everywhere indoors. 2. Service: The worst, I don't want to give it even one star. No one will carry the luggage, the waiter has a cold face, you have to look at his face to ask for breakfast, and the bath towels will not be changed. 3. Facilities: The worst, I don't want to give it even one star. The small door is always closed. When we first arrived, the driver and I were stunned. It was like someone's house. I pressed the doorbell many times but there was no response. The first thing they say to you when they come in is "Ring the doorbell next time." The most outrageous thing is that there are no toothbrushes, and there are only two hair dryers in the hotel! ! I'm dying of laughter. Please stop, please.

Very nice hotel

We were 3 nights in this hotel. It is a small boutique hotel with very nice rooms. There was a outdoor rain shower and a large indoor bathroom. They had a nice swimming pool. Free coffee and tea including cafe latte and cappuccino of high quality. The reason we gave only 4 stars (I would like to be able to gove 4 1/2 stars) was the simple breakfast and the somewhat isolated location. The staff was excellent.
