Small and quiet resort. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. East Bali’s waters are clean and the snorkeling that can be arranged through the resort was amazing.

If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, recover, and relax—this is the perfect place! Cozy rooms, a comfortable bed, a restaurant, friendly and polite staff, and the chance to swim in the ocean (for those brave enough to challenge the elements). Highly recommend!

Nice pool. It was a bit noisy from Monkey forest rd. I liked the pool and the breakfast which had some nice choices. Staff also very helpful. Bathroom had some noise issues with the pipes too but the room was big.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice with good airconditioning. The bathroom is located outside, which is lovely and it has a big soaking tub. Unfortunately we were informed that we can't use the tub because of water restrictions, which only left us with a hand held shower. Also, when using the spa facilities, be sure to read the fine print- 21% added on the price. We didn't see it, so were surprised. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It's a hidden gem in Candidasa! The swimming pool and cafe is right at the edge facing crystal blue sea . Very attentive staff...highly recommended

An ordinary hotel, nothing particularly good, but nothing bad either. The territory is interesting, as if on a pond, the rooms are simple, the bathroom is in the open air. No hot water, lukewarm. Breakfasts are a la carte, very mediocre.

Beautiful, well-kept hotel, excellent rooms, beautiful view, were happy with everything. A small green climb with a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is stretched perpendicular to the sea, the sea view is only from the restaurant and the pool. The breakfast was modest, we did not eat enough. The massage is good, but a bit expensive. The prices in the menu do not include tax and service!

Very good on all aspects. Service is just excellent. Wecseevthe younger traînées are bring well trained. Staff goes out of their ways tombale you feel fine. One hot me some aloe plant when hecsaw ly sunburn. Bar pool area is lovely, with low jazz/ piano music atmosphère, over looking the sea (south oriented in think). Rooms are lovely and confortable and clean. Décoration is tasteful. Calm place. The only thing is, food portions might bé a bit on the small end (anyway, no restaurant in the area beats a good quality warung...But this is personal taste). Truly a nice little 4 star hôtel . Would greatlty recommend for CandiDasa. Great price-quality ratio

This place is amazing. The staff were faultless. Small boutique ,only 13 rooms. Right on the sea,but can't swim directly in front of the hotel. The meals were excellent ( everyone) Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner. NO TV .which was great. Would stay again !!!!!

Staying 2 weeks at Alam Candi was surprising to many as most stay only a few nights. My friend and I came to switch off and rest. We became family. The location, staff, accomodation and the view were just what we needed and wanted. Clean, friendly, caring, non intrusive, comfortable and delicious! I won’t single out staff as too hard!! Everyone went above and beyond, down to being thoughtful and kind when we both came down with a nasty cold. The massages were the best I have had in over 20 years of coming to Bali. The room was comfortable and clean and the walkway over koi, with frangipanis dropping were beautiful. I will send friends to Candidasa - still old Bali (for now) and definitely to the Alam Candi.
