My friend and I have plans for a staycation. Following certain condition, I cant arrived earlier than our plan, however we still could manages and drive for more than 3hrs from Denpasar as we understand the room is paid and non refundable. We dont expect that the room not as confort as the image, not even clean in guest room. We were arriving almost midnight, so tired. The building creepy ghost, and we decide to find another hotel at 2-am. This was ruining our short escape. I dont understand why there are still "Best Review" and that was information lead me to this desperation.
