The hotel is good, it has its advantages: the staff is very friendly, the pool is 24/7, the breakfast, although complex, you choose in the evening, is good, I didn’t overeat and was glad about it 👍

The staff were great. The unit had a few ******* re safe and door and they were responsive and helpful. The 2 bedroomed unit was very good apart from a few minor probs with one door not closing properly. The ability to have your breakfast and meals delivered was very good. The food is good but not extensive menu. The location is a bit of a problem in terms of getting out and about Ubud but taxis cheap and hotel shuttle service good If you want to just relax at resort it is a great choice. well worth the money we paid

We had a comfortable stay during our short family trip. All of the staff were very friendly, and I needed to adjust the breakfast time due to a busy schedule, but it was nice that they changed it every time and I was able to request the menu I wanted the night before every day. The food was really delicious too. What's unfortunate is that due to my schedule, I wasn't able to enjoy much water play in the swimming pool at the accommodation. If I have the next chance, I want to go again.
