The Apurva Kempinski is truly an experience. Fabulous hotel, restaurants, service and amenities. The beach is lovely and calm. I would suggest a stay of at least a few days to enjoy all this beautiful hotel has to offer.

This hotel is huge and magnificent! I booked a two-bedroom villa. Check-in and breakfast are in a separate building, quite a distance from the main building, pool, and beach. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The water quality is decent, but after two nights, the filtered showerhead showed a slight yellowish tint. Breakfast is a mix of buffet and à la carte, pretty standard, nothing spectacular. The Japanese restaurant serves good food, but the Baiyun restaurant is a bit overpriced. The staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful.

If you’re considering this hotel please do yourself a favor and book ! You will not be disappointed. We stayed for a few days and the service is really what makes this whole hotel experience amazing. We traveled with our daughter (1year+) and it was really such a pleasant stay , we’re already thinking about when we can return. The room, the pool, the garden, the beach, the restaurants, the breakfast and most of the staff , everything was fantastic. Thank you to hotel Kempinski for making our staying so enjoyable and memorable :) :) :)

Our first hotel stay after landing in Bali! We booked a cliff-view room, and the pool in our room was spotless. The hotel's public areas were beautiful, and breakfast was good too. Plus, we got executive lounge access. Definitely recommend!

We loved every moment and every corner of this place. The unique design with long stairways connecting the ground floor to the 15th-floor lobby is truly amazing—you really have to see it with your own eyes and try walking the stairs yourself. Breakfast is served in three different venues, giving you the freedom to choose the atmosphere you prefer each morning. The beach is quiet and very private, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were lucky to receive a room upgrade to a pool-access room at the back of the property, which was an amazing surprise. Visiting in low season (January) is ideal—not too crowded, yet the hotel still feels lively. We also highly recommend Koral, the aquarium restaurant, and Bai Yan Chinese hotpot, which is excellent if you enjoy spicy food.

The architecture is breathtaking, grand, magnificent, and rich in cultural essence, truly beautiful. It feels like being in a museum, yet also like a hanging garden. The service is excellent, with eight or nine restaurants offering Chinese, Japanese, Western cuisine, and more. The toiletries in the suites are from Fragonard, and the toothbrushes and toothpaste are from Lion, showcasing exceptional quality. While the hotel dates back to 2019 and the facilities aren't brand new, its other outstanding qualities more than compensate for this. This hotel hosted the G20 summit and has welcomed heads of state, including those from China. Its quality and style are undeniably top-notch. The public areas are well-equipped, and all the pools are stunning, exuding a strong resort vibe. The executive lounge's food and beverage offerings are more thoughtful than those at most five-star hotels, with coffee available all day and meals in the afternoon. It's a hotel that truly makes you want to linger.
