Absolutely amazing. We absolutely adore The Grecotel hotels. We had the most amazing room I could not fault the cleanliness of the whole resort. The food was sensational. From the chocolates to the crepes to the sushi and traditional dishes. The customer service was 5 star. We are now booking another Grecotel to experience the 5star service all over again. A few of my work team have already returned after us shouting about it for months.

Our first stay at Grecotel LUXME White was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The exceptional service really stood out and made a lasting impression. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. The entire atmosphere was relaxing and full of charm — everything we hoped for and more! Thank you for an amazing experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel is huge, lovely friendly staffs, food great, environment clean, safe and friendly. Lovely pools. Services 100% excellent, mini market for your essentials. Room was nice with clean bedding and fresh laundry every day. Location wasn’t hard to get to from Chania airport.would definitely recommend, every one was helpful and kind.

This is the second visit to the resort. Staff amazing please do give a special mention to the the assistant manager and Bar manager. They both remembered us from last year which made it feel special! The accommodation food superb as usual and would highly recommend.

Having got married at the hotel last year we decided to return to the hotel to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary. Last year we had a seafront villa and the wedding ceremony dinner and service generally was exceptional. Expectations were very high this year and we were not disappointed. We once again had a seafront villa and the room was excellent. The pool was even heated for us. We were very well looked after and the service provided to us was excellent. We have been to a lot of 5 star hotels but the service provided here was the most efficient by far. The restaurant food was of a very high standard (we even had an anniversary cake presented to us at the white restaurant which was a wonderful surprise) and the staff are very hardworking and personable. We are in particular very grateful to Dimitra Xiridi. She planned and organised our wedding last year and also looked after us again this year. Dimitra is an absolute gem and a real asset to the hotel. We will certainly be returning to White Palace again in the not too distant future!

This hotel is by far one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had abroad. From the moment we arrived the staff can’t do enough for you they also upgraded us free of charge as a surprise! How incredible! Every single person in the hotel is professional and friendly, the food is so fresh and plenty of choice and it is so clean! An experience I will remember and I will definitely return! 100% recommend to anyone!
