It was the best hotel for us in Bali. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The infinity pool was awesome, warm pool with a serenity view. Puhu restaurant served a wide variety of food, and was delicious. My kids enjoyed the animal garden, feeding the goats, otters and fishing. All-in-one package in one accommodation stay. The Spa was also nice and relaxing. Hotel offers free Shuttle to Ubud Center at a scheduled time. Most importantly, the staff provided excellent service to us. Would definitely be back!

The location was too far, and the kids were incredibly noisy, making me regret booking this place. My wife keeps nagging me about why I even made the reservation. The food wasn't good either. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation. Even the cups weren't properly cleaned.

From my side its the best ever resort in the whole world ! It's very clean and having a lot of views every where , the room inside this nature is very clean , no mosquito inside room. It deserves more than 5 stars really.

Now I truly understand why Padma is so highly praised. The staff here are incredibly friendly. The hotel even boasts a resident doctor who is available for room calls in the early hours of the morning. Every single staff member greeted me warmly, constantly checking in and showing genuine concern for my well-being, asking if I was alright. The doctor even followed up with a medical check-up the very next day. This exceptional level of care led me to extend my stay and change my flight. The service truly is unparalleled. It transformed my tiring schedule into a much-needed, relaxing hotel getaway.

Ubud was 20 degrees and raining. But Padma Ubud has a slightly heated pull plus a heated jacuzzi. My 7yr old spent 5 straight hours at the pool. Service was fantastic too. Totally enjoyed our stay.

If you want a resort that blends nature, comfort, and clever amenities (the pool towels always at the ready, kids activities that actually delight, staff who remember your preferences), Padma delivers with grace.

The best part was having an on-site doctor. I had a cold, and the medication cost about 140,000 KRW. They even gave me a bouquet, wishing me a speedy recovery. The food was delicious, and it was a great place to relax.

Very nice hotel with good view and environment, very nice pool, the restaurants are very god and delicious foods.

Though it may be further off Ubud, but it’s fantastic and perfect for us who wants peaceful holiday escape. Kids love the huge room and animal farms. Feeding fishes is daily highlight for the little ones. The jogging track and being able to take a simple nature walk within the hotel compound is a bonus point. Staff are very service oriented, gives attention to details. Special mention to Julio, Angga, and the concierge/luggage support team! Thank you for making this the best stay for our families at Bali!

This is a recommended hotel in Bali for your recharged trip. It is away from city but it is very quiet, close to nature but full of facilities ie spa, restaurants and activities.
