A very nice hotel that lives up to its reputation. All staff are very friendly and helpful and their service is impeccable. We tried three of the restaurants and all of them are good. Love the beach bar. The room has unique design yet could be more spacious. Mini bar is free. One thing I don’t like is that they don’t allow taxis to pull up outside the lobby, so you can only get on outside at the main road, which would be a bit messy if you have a lot of luggage. The staff would happily help tho.

Our second time back to Potato Head. Everything is just perfecttttttttt. Thou just a small glitch, we requested late check out of 1pm, and confirmed that we can check out at 1pm. However on the day of check out, we was told to check out at 12.30. Hmmm other that this glitch, we will b back soon!

This was my third time staying here, and the experience was excellent from the very moment I checked in. Out of all the resorts I’ve stayed at, Potato Head truly stands out as the best of the best. The service, hospitality, rooms, amenities, and food are all top-notch. The atmosphere and vibes are outstanding, especially if you enjoy watching the sunset by the beach in Bali.

It was a perfect stay, the staff was friendly, the amenities were top notch, the food at the hotel restaurants was divine. It was great lounging at the hotel pool then strolling over to the beach club for the vibes. Will be back to stay.

Potato Head was absolutely amazing! If you're coming to Bali, I highly recommend dedicating a day to experience it. The entire check-in process was seamless, and having Chinese-speaking staff available throughout was a huge plus. The hotel's pool and beach are fantastic, and you can enjoy dinner at the beach club with a stunning view of the ocean. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the room design is very unique. All in all, I highly recommend it! [Stayed one night] Upon arrival, I received a zero-waste kit which included a water bottle and an RPET bag.
