Purana Suite Ubud

The check-in experience was not very good. I booked a triple room at an additional price in advance. The platform said it included a double bed and a sofa bed and three breakfasts, but when I arrived, I found that there was no sofa bed in the room. The staff said that I needed to pay extra. When communicating at the front desk, a female employee had a very tough and impolite attitude, and even asked us to communicate with the platform ourselves. Later, the manager came forward to communicate with the platform to clarify the misunderstanding and help us add an extra bed. Employee training needs to be strengthened. The traffic jam near the hotel is very serious. I had to get off the taxi and walk back many times, otherwise I would be stuck in the traffic jam for more than half an hour. The biggest advantage is that the hotel breakfast is one of the best we have ever eaten! It's very rich and delicious, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, the dishes are beautifully presented, and it is a wonderful experience to dine in the gallery!

I ordered room dining and put it next to the table in the room. When I got up early in the morning, I saw hundreds of ants on the plate. I knew that there must be mosquitoes when living in the forest, but there were too many bugs in the room, which reflected the cleanliness. It’s not adequate either. The staff was friendly but the bug problem made it difficult to sleep well!

I was deceived by the photos and high ratings. This hotel is positioned as a high-end Ubud-style B&B. In order to attract young Australian customers, it has made some messy gimmicks, but the actual quality is ordinary. The room is newly built. The one I stayed in has a swimming pool balcony. It looks beautiful in the photos, but it is actually the low-cost decoration standard of domestic B&Bs. It is located at the entrance to the southern suburbs of Ubud, and the congestion is the worst. It looks less than 3 kilometers away from the palace, but this road in Ubud is the most congested, the sidewalks are very dirty, and it is inconvenient to walk or take a taxi. The service problem is even worse. After I complained to Ctrip, they also compensated me part of it. I will add more next time. During the peak season of Christmas in Ubud, this hotel had no guests at all
