Very nice room, service is also very good, like his overall atmosphere. The location is very good, close to the lively places in Ubud, and the hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the city's attractions.

The hotel facilities are very clean and the staff are very friendly. It is good that there is a pick-up service from each area of Ubud. However, since Ubud traffic is very congested, it is recommended to call 30 minutes in advance to get a pick-up. For the hotel, that's the best.

I had the most amazing stay at Sapodilla. Their customer service is second to none, always remembering my name when I entered the lobby, organising a driver, extending my breakfast time when I got back from my hike past the breakfast cut off. No request was too much and they did everything with a smile on their face. Could not recommend this place more highly, will definitely be back. Thank you to Dian and the whole Sapodilla family for my amazing stay!

Perfect location to explore Ubud, lot of the places are walkable and for the rest, the resort have a complimentary pickup and drop facility. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and always available. Was travelling with a family (of 4) and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Truly enjoyed a week stay at Sapodilla Ubud. Most benefit comes from location where you can access both Ubud central and even to remote area for day trips. All good restaurants with ranges of variety choices are within walking distance which is very convenient or you can simply hop on bike or buggy services provide by hotel. All staffs are extremely friendly and helpful to support guests and make sure your issues are fixed whether it is small or big. I definitely enjoyed stay at this small boutique type of hotel and will strongly recommend for solo trip, friend, couples and so more.

Fantastic service and accomodation. Great location. Highly recommend. Easy walk to yoga barn, markets and monkey Forrest. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was amazing. Scooter pick up service was brilliant, very easy to communicate with staff

We are a family of 3. This cozy hotel has a very clean room (well maintained). We stayed in one room. When we arrived, I was coughing a lot, the receptionist offered me a ginger lemon tea with honey sent to my room. I loved this type of personal touch from the hotel. The hotel is closed to the city centre, easy walk or asked for a shuttle for a drop off. The hotel atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, so if you are looking for this type of environment, I would highly recommend this one. The hotel doesn’t have its own spa, but they can easily arrange one (Jaens spa only few minutes walk and recommended too). Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time and longer for sure when we come to Ubud.

A home away from home. The environment is beautiful, quiet, peaceful and welcoming, but the best thing of all is the people who work here. They took care of our every need with genuine kindness and grace, from arranging multiple custom tours (with THE best guide), to booking airport and fastboat tickets (to Nusa Penida) to giving us rides to and from anywhere in Ubud. They quickly felt like family and we will be back for sure!
