The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants and shops nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. The hotel itself is new, with warm service, and is very clean and hygienic, exuding an artistic vibe. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious, comparable to what you'd find at a resort.

The room was amazing they even had roses in the room for our arrival. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Lovely staff we had lunch at the their indonesian restaurant really tasty plus their pizza was probably one of the best wood fire pizza we had. Pool view also nice and clean. Breakfast was great changes everyday with barista made coffee. Definitely will be coming back next time thank you

The service was excellent; they even allowed us to check in early before the official time! Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh fruit and juices. My only minor gripe was that the complimentary water bottles in the room were quite small, which meant we constantly had to call housekeeping for more water.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, primarily because of its excellent location and spacious rooms. Crucially for an overseas stay, the water pressure and hot water supply are consistently good, and the WiFi connectivity is reliable. The area surrounding the hotel is bustling with spas, currency exchange services, and numerous restaurants. While not directly beachfront, it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, which is perfect for catching the sunrise. The buffet breakfast features rotating main dishes, ensuring you won't get bored even during a longer stay. My only minor disappointment this time was having to wait until 3 PM for check-in, despite the official check-in time being 2 PM.

Horrible horrible experience! I’ve book the hotel on 29th of Dec, 2025. I realized on 30th of Dec that i couldn’t make the trip happened, started to request for refund on 30th, 31st. Hotel didn’t give me no answer for 2 days straight. I called the hotel and the reception is trying to say that he doesn’t have authorization to approve it, told me that the authorizer would called me within 5 minutes, but I haven’t heard from them anymore. I’ve wasted about 180$ for 2 rooms 1 night. The hotel just pretend like they couldn’t heard me or anything, terrible!!!

Clean room nice bed and good location

The best experiences I have in Artotel Sanur. The hotel staff top notch and 100% friendly. Room is super spacious and super clean. The food is so clean and set up is so fantastic. The restaurant food is super good that the staff will attend to all your needs. This kind of service rare to find. Politeness is built in all Indonesian. Walking distance to all the eateries, massage and Icon Mall. Not over crowded location. Peace and serenity.

The place is clean and the service is really good, the staff here also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of foods. A pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

Hotel is nice, clean and very near to Sanur beach. Food is excellent. Requested a quiet room but unfortunately was in a room near to the speakers of the restaurant that starts at 7am and ends at 11pm.
