Before our arrival, the resort proactively reached out via email and WhatsApp to inquire about our arrival time and whether we needed airport transfer. Even though we booked the Rice Field View Suite, it still came with a balcony, a fully transparent bathtub, and two vanity sinks. Getting ready in the morning and my partner's beauty routine no longer felt cramped, which was a huge plus! For breakfast, while it wasn't a free-flowing buffet, the à la carte menu offered plenty to fill us up. We could also reorder hot/cold coffee, hot/cold tea, and juice. We often couldn't finish everything, so much so that on our check-out day, we skipped the cheese platter and bread options altogether... The main highlight, and ultimately why this resort was on my shortlist, is the stunning infinity pool on the rooftop. Just outside the resort, there are Circle K and M Mart convenience stores for any last-minute purchases. You'll also find an abundance of Indian vegetarian, Korean, and Japanese restaurants, as well as massage and spa places – enough to try a new one every day. As for the downsides, some reviews mentioned a musty smell and ants. Yes, there was some humidity, but setting the AC below 25 degrees Celsius (77°F) solved that. Ants did appear when we were having coffee on the balcony 🤣, probably foraging after the rain, especially with the rice fields and trees nearby. Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with ants inside the room. My wife specifically asked me to mention that the toilet seat cover lacks a soft-close feature. On our first day, the sound of the seat hitting the bowl gave her quite a fright 🤣. Adding some plastic stoppers or upgrading to a bidet toilet in the future would definitely enhance the experience. Overall, it was a perfect 5-day, 4-night vacation. I highly recommend it to friends from Taiwan and around the world planning a trip to the Ubud area of Bali.

This hotel on Bisma Street is super convenient, surrounded by spas, convenience stores, and restaurants. The rice paddy and jungle views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room itself is spacious enough to easily pack and unpack. A dedicated housekeeper cleans the room throughout your stay. All the drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge are complimentary and are refilled daily, which is a lovely touch. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were also excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The infinity pool boasts a fantastic jungle view. I highly recommend relaxing by the poolside in the evening to enjoy the sunset. Breakfast is served at the attached Pistachio Restaurant. They have a varied a la carte menu, so you could easily stay for a week and enjoy different delicious options every morning without getting bored. Everything we tried was really tasty! I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again if I get the chance.

Great location, and the rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The mini-bar and fruits in the room are complimentary. However, some rooms have a damp smell. The breakfast was a letdown; it's à la carte, but the options are quite limited.

My family and I stayed at Adiwana Bisma for two nights, as we were planning to hold our wedding at a nearby venue. On the night before the wedding, the hose of the toilet sprayer in our room burst at 3 a.m. A large amount of water leaked out and even spread to the sink and the bed. We had to get up in the middle of the night to deal with it. Although the hotel moved us to a new room within half an hour, we were already unable to fall back asleep. The hotel did send someone to replace the hose by around 8 a.m. on the morning of our wedding, but having such an incident happen the night before our big day was truly frustrating. Thankfully, when we returned to the hotel after our wedding that evening, the hotel manager, Agus SETYAWAN, welcomed us. He sincerely apologized and offered us a room upgrade and a couple's spa as compensation. To be honest, this was far beyond my expectations, as pipe aging is inevitable. But they went even further — after we finished the spa, our luggage had already been carefully moved to the new room, and they had also prepared a simple yet heartwarming room setup for us. It was truly touching. Throughout our stay, every staff member greeted us with a smile whenever we crossed paths. They also noticed that the birthday of one of my family members, and surprised us with a cake during breakfast that day. I am very grateful to Agus and his entire team. I would happily recommend this hotel to others. Just as Agus said, they truly treat their guests like family. They showed genuine empathy on top of their professionalism. An excellent team!

Facilities: Great Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Very quiet Service: Very warm and welcoming Breakfast isn't buffet-style, but it's very refined. Every day, I enjoy a cocktail or mocktail with dinner at the Pistachio restaurant.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, about a 15-minute walk to Ubud Palace. However, their breakfast buffet is highly recommended – it's available all day, which is absolutely fantastic!

This hotel is amazing! Great location. The rooftop pool offers incredible views and a fantastic ambiance. I'd stay here again just for the pool. So comfortable and right in the city center.

The hotel is surrounded by lush jungle, and the view from our balcony was stunning. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, contributing to a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is within walking distance of the palace and the monkey forest, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. One of the best features was that breakfast could be claimed at any time of day, along with afternoon tea and complimentary Arak cocktails. This was perfect for us, as we don’t usually eat breakfast. The hotel restaurant was also very convenient for lunch and dinner, and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant staff were lovely and attentive. Additionally, there was a live band on the weekends, which added to the vibrant atmosphere of our trip. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Couldn't fault a thing, I highly recommend this hotel! They are very friendly towards Chinese guests! The room size was ample, making it easy to get things out of my luggage. The bathroom was very clean, and the hot water was excellent, making for a comfortable shower. The bed was soft, and the bedding was clean and tidy – excellent! There's also a small balcony outside where you can enjoy the garden view! The breakfast selection was wide, and you could order à la carte. Plus, breakfast was available all day! No need to worry about missing it if you wake up late!

We stayed here during our trip to Ubud. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a really nice touch. The staff at the breakfast area were all so kind and their warm service helped us start each day on a high note. The view from the pool was absolutely stunning. We truly enjoyed a luxurious time surrounded by nature, just as you'd expect in Ubud. My family and I really dislike insects, so we had only planned to stay one night in Ubud. However, to our surprise, there were hardly any bugs, and our stay was incredibly comfortable. Because of that, we were so satisfied that we'd love to stay longer next time. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Ubud.

The room isn't as big as the rice field view rooms, but it's okay. However, for just a few dollars more, I could have booked a rice field view room, so I feel this room is a bit overpriced.

The friendliness of the staff was amazing. But the room has lizards and bugs at night disturbing our rest. Location was also challenging as it is a long walk to the Main Street, no shortcut available….
