We immensely enjoyed our stay in Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort and Spa! Will definitely stay there again. Beautiful beach right across the road. The spa is absolutely divine!

The hotel is not the newest one but it was clean and good located,just 2 minutes to the beach,had his own sunbeds for hotel guests. It has a nice pool,a rooftop bar and a spa and a restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful, the most of them are young and they try to do their best to please the guests.The zone around hotel is not so clean also but this is a problem on the whole island I think. As negative, i find that the furniture its not new anymore and is not everywhere in a good shape,there are some problems with the canal smell and the prices at the restaurant are over the medium price in Bali. But after all it was a nice experience, we liked very much and we would come back everytime with pleasure here

This hotel is very close to Jimbaran Beach, just a few minutes' walk downstairs, which is a great location. The rooms are quite clean, and the hotel is quite large, so you feel secure staying here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Every day you see people enjoying the pool, which is also a good size. There's a coffee shop on the top floor that turns into a bar at night, and they even offer complimentary welcome drinks. There aren't many good shops to browse nearby, and the street can be a bit chaotic. The hotel itself is a bit older. Other than that, everything else is pretty good.

The assistance front office manager demonstrated a lack of proficiency in addressing my concerns. Specifically, the room's bath towels were not replaced for three days. Upon bringing this to the attention of Gede Julyantawan (AFOM), the response focused solely on standard operating procedures for the front desk, rather than addressing the housekeeping issue directly. Essential hygiene standards, such as towel replacement, should not be contingent upon guest intervention. Consequently, I will not be returning to this property.

Very good hotel with polite staffs.Had a great experience here as it was just opposite to the beach. Jimbaran Bay Beach Restaurant are in walkable distance. I checked out by 3 am and my package had a complementary breakfast which ready to pick up during checkout.

A lovely hotel situated along the jimbaran bay near to the airport. Good to relax in the pool to chill out. One can enjoy the sunset across the hotel in one of the many seafood restaurants. Enjoy a cool bintang to watch the incoming flights, listen to the soothing sound of waves washing the shoreline and to the baskers to seranade you with your song request.
