Staffs were polite, the cleanliness of the room can be improved. Swimming pool and bedsheet has some stain.

The overall experience was pleasant; the staff was amiable and accommodating. However, there was a noticeable presence of ants, and the skylight glass above the shower area was broken, which raised some safety concerns.

Good villa, convenient location, super friendly staff. Breakfasts could be slightly improved, and the rooms need renovation. There were also minor issues with housekeeping; it wasn't always clean.

I paid 180usd for 2nights and the villa was flooded with water at night when we came back. They gave another villa, but we lost 2-3hours to fix the problem and move around at 10pm to 1am. (see pictures) And they didn't even offer a free breakfast, any drinks and no proper appologie. Horrible hospitality overall.

Not bad even there are some mosquito

We booked a villa with a private pool expecting a relaxing vacation, but instead experienced complete disappointment. Service at this hotel is practically nonexistent — guests are treated not as people, but purely as a source of money. Our flight was cancelled and we arrived one day later. We informed the hotel one month in advance and asked to adjust the booking dates, but the hotel flatly refused. No refund for the missed night and no compensation of any kind were offered. When booking, photos of different villas are mixed together, creating false expectations. Upon arrival, the villa we received was very disappointing, and we had to ask for a change. We were offered another villa only with an additional payment, which we agreed to. However, even in the upgraded villa, the pool was dirty. Despite multiple requests, it was never properly cleaned. As a result, my husband developed an ear infection, we had to visit a doctor and take antibiotics, and our vacation was seriously affected. Housekeeping is extremely poor: towels are changed once every three days, and bed linen was not changed even once during our two-week stay. On Friday evening, the hotel staff held a corporate party in the lobby and on the lawn directly in front of our villa — loud music, drinking, and noise until late at night, with no regard for guests’ comfort. The next day, after particularly bad cleaning, we found a “complimentary” bag of trash left on our sofa. And as a final touch, despite having a late flight and the villa not being booked, we were asked to pay an extra 50% of the nightly rate for a slightly later checkout. We left with the feeling that we were not just disappointed, but openly taken advantage of, with basic respect for guests completely ignored.

Good location

Take note that the villas are in an area where local taxis are so the pin point may not be near but it is a short 5-10min walk away. Other than that the reception was very caring as we were there during the flooding of Bali, they kept checking in on us and making sure we are okay. The villas are so worth the price. Own pool. The tv is connected with Netflix and all smart tv stuff. Pleasant stay.

I don't even know what to say; the photos speak for themselves. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least provide premium services and facilities that match the value.

The villa accommodations are really good and the location convenient to all those hotspots. The only thing that could improve is the bed at it's too low to the floor and wasn't comfortable as it gives us back and neck pain but otherwise everything here was great.

Beautiful hotel!

We have an upgrade from the hotel to a bigger villa!  Very convenient location that is just near the beach.  Food from hotel is so so. Cleanliness can be improved at the second floor master bedroom. Ventilation is bad that caused the room having a weird smell.  Overall is a good stay.

Fantastic location, right next to all the must-see spots in Canggu. Regarding cleanliness, the paint on the walls needs a bit more maintenance, and the toilet facilities are quite worn out! Also, since it's a villa style, a small kitchenette would be a great addition! The staff are very friendly and helpful!
