We stayed here the night before, but there was no duplex room the night before, so we stayed at the pool room. We checked in at night both nights. But the experience was very bad. From the lobby, we had to walk a lot of stone steps and a long way to get to the room ☹️☹️☹️ and it was very dark all the way without bright lighting. The mobile phone flashlight was still very dark, and after it rained, the road was very slippery and very slippery. Danger 👎🏻👎🏻 It was really tiring to walk these roads after a day of sightseeing, and there was no staff to take us to a new room on the second night, so we had to find it ourselves☹️☹️we even get lost here! The most basic hotel services are not available! It was very dark when we got back to the room, even with all the lights on! There was no lighting in the pool, so the pool was wasted both nights and only the floating breakfast in the morning was used. There are so many insects in the room. Our bed has not been touched. There is a dead insect on it. Is this a welcome gift from the hotel? It is very disgusting. In addition, there are many insects in the room, including moths and frogs. This is Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Moreover, the room is very close to the room opposite, and every move in the swimming pool in the room can be seen clearly by the opposite side. I was wearing a swimsuit in the swimming pool when suddenly a man walked out of the balcony opposite and was controlling a drone! See clearly! Only breakfast is rich

Because they don't speak English, their front desk is less patient than other hotels, and they didn't introduce us to the hotel's related activities. The breakfast is not delicious and too simple, but their spa is really good.

The hotel environment is pretty good and the interior view is nice. Service, cleanliness and food are just terrible. Hygiene: Checked in in the afternoon. It was most likely that they had not been changed. . . I was instantly nauseated when I saw it. The next day we went back to the room after breakfast, and they happened to be cleaning the room. When they saw our quilts and pillows, they were thrown on the floor. . . When he saw us coming back, he immediately picked up the quilt. How can I put it, when you go out, you can’t see it but you can’t see it, but you will feel uncomfortable when you see it. Food: There are very few options for breakfast and the taste is very average. I ordered curry chicken rice for dinner. A few pieces of chicken and diced vegetables were floating in a very thin curry soup (not as authentic as Family Mart’s curry rice). It was extremely unpalatable. I ordered a few cocktails and my husband said they tasted terrible😅. Service: There are many complaints here. You need to book a hotel shuttle to go to the city. It is difficult for Grab to have a car to pick you up at the hotel. The traffic in Ubud is surprisingly poor. Those who go here must make sufficient time budget, especially when catching up with the next trip. We went out with the hotel shuttle bus. Before departure, we also made a reservation with the hotel to return at 8:10. Before getting off, we confirmed the return time and pick-up point with the shuttle bus guy again. We arrived at the waiting point 20 minutes early and started waiting. When we waited until 8:30, we still didn’t see the bus. I kept telling my husband that the bus would not come. He said to wait a little longer. After all, it was a Ningbo Day and there were many people and it might be late. . As a result, we never came, and it rained heavily at night. Finally, we called the hotel, and the hotel informed us that the road was closed and the shuttle bus was cancelled! Hello~ Why didn't you notify us of the cancellation? We left our mobile phone number when we checked in. Very angry here! Then we immediately used grab to call a taxi, and there was a taxi soon. The road back was smooth and there were no road closures at all. When we returned to the hotel and asked why we were not notified, the front desk said that the road was closed and there was nothing they could do. If the road is closed, don't you know to notify the customers who have booked the shuttle bus? Continuing to show us helpless and innocent faces is really difficult to eliminate the anger I am filled with. Later the next day, the hotel manager came and apologized briefly🤧 The second service complaint: the waiters in the restaurant looked very dull and looked like they had no training at all. I checked in three days in a row and ordered coffee for breakfast. They could never find who ordered it and kept giving it to the wrong table. It was obvious that there was something wrong. One time, there was a large lipstick mark on the coffee cup. I said that the quilt was dirty and I would like to change it. But when I got it back, there was still a lipstick mark on it, and I had obviously wiped it off casually. . . I said please give me a drink, not just use it to wipe it. Finally, half a century later, a cup was brought to me. I don’t know if it was wiped or replaced, or if it was just out of sight but out of mind. I would like to share my real stay experience with friends who are coming to Ubud. After all, it is rare to come to Bali once. An unhappy stay will greatly affect your travel mood.
