Staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall stay is good. The only comment to improve is sound proof issue. We can hear clearly when next door speak freely and loudly. Also dog barking during midnight.

Fantastic hotel..staffs were really good and accommodating. will stay there again when i visit bali. food could have more selection, that is one thing i would like to add. Recommended. I enjoyed my stay.

My stay with my wife was exceptional. I am very satisfied with the service and the setting. The hotel surprised us for my wife's birthday. The staff was very friendly and warm. The hotel setting is magnificent for a romantic stay. The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the center of Ubud. I recommend this hotel to all couples.

We visited the hotel at around February coldest time of the year, but we had phenomenal holiday that we had one of the best experiences in Bali nearby. There was lots of pretty good restaurants, bars, shop and like in like 23 km and we had lots of beautiful rise field and mountains. The wildlife was amazing. It was cold in the night, but it was really really wonderful experience for us, definitely we would love to come back very soon again
