I loved the location. It’s close to everywhere since it’s still in the Kuta area. The price is within my budget, and the staff were all friendly. However, I was carrying a large and heavy suitcase, and the hotel lobby wasn’t very convenient because there are only stairs . Also, the TV in my room wasn’t working properly, but since I don’t really watch TV, it wasn’t a big issue for me.

A very clean and comfortable halal hotel. The food was delicious and fully halal, and the staff were kind and helpful. Perfect place for Muslim travelers.

Great price for what you get and great location. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. The pool was fantastic but nobody was using it. That was great for me cos had all to myself. Would have cost a fortune to have a pool like that in Villa.😂🤣 Every good so don't listen to the moaning sodswho complain about anything.

One of the good 3-star hotels in Kuta. Very eclectic decoration making this hotel a unique place to stay. Service staff are helpful, courteous and responsive. I got a studio room with Beatles theme decoration. All room facilities work properly. Drinking water is provided daily in 4 bottles of 330ml. You can buy additional water from shops located opposite of the hotel. Breakfast is not so good, very basic, no fresh egg order (overcooked fried eggs available from buffet serving), no milk for coffee (the staff brings a tiny cup of milk on request). Would come back for the studio room and skip the breakfast.

Overall staff were good, over the four days breakfast were up and down. Food was nice and yet sometime cool.
