Ohana Hotel Kuta Reviews

The hotel is quite old, and many of the facilities are worn out or not functioning properly. The basin tap was broken when we checked in, and we had to call housekeeping to fix it. The shower head was also in poor condition, and only a 2-in-1 hair and body shampoo was provided. There were no tissues or face towels in the room, and the bath towels looked old and yellowish. Even the door lock was difficult to turn. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast had limited variety, but the menu changed every day, which was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel would benefit from renovating its rooms and replacing or repairing the outdated facilities to provide a more comfortable stay. The accumulated dust on the phone.

I liked the hotel and the room; it was clean and had a hairdryer and a kettle. The pool was beautiful. However, during my stay, there was renovation or construction going on in the next building. Every morning at exactly 9:00 AM, the noise and banging would start, waking me up consistently.

，I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the airport. My expectations were not high — all I wanted was a clean room, and I explicitly requested a quiet room in the remarks. Instead, I was given a room facing the street. The noise from motorcycles throughout the night made it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the sanitary conditions were unacceptable: the toilet was very dirty, and the sink was in an appalling state.

It was really amazing staying there, everything was great. The breakfast buffet was also cheap so obviously you can't do choice much about menu. But as per the rate the menu was good.

Ohana Hotel is a nice place, the swimming pool is big, and the staff are friendly. Recommended.

Excellent hotel in cheap price

The location was great for walking around, and the staff were friendly. However, only hot water came out of the sink, no cold water at all. There was a red stain on the bed duvet, I couldn't tell if it was blood or makeup. For breakfast, there wasn't much to eat besides eggs and fruit.

Just so so, do not expect good hotel. AC not cold and have insects. Not suitable for vacation. More like back packing.

Extremely small and poor. The hygiene standards were not met, with many ants, but the service was acceptable.

I've stayed there for 4 days, and it was wonderful. Location was nice, room was clean and cosy. I will come back again for sure :)
