The hotel was good, though the cleanliness was a little lacking. It offered great value for money. Guests get a 15% discount on the spa. The breakfast selection was limited, and you could only order two egg dishes per person. We also received a night coffee voucher, which included a show, and there was a shuttle service to the airport.

Very close to the airport, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is super convenient. It's perfect for a one-night stay if you arrive late or leave early. Shopping nearby is easy, and the service is excellent and polite. The facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast selection isn't extensive.

Airport transfer: The complimentary airport drop-off service I booked was excellent. On the night before my early morning flight, there was incredibly loud music playing near the hotel until 11 PM. The soundproofing isn't great, but the room itself was quite spacious and well-maintained. Overall, it's still an option, but I personally don't think it's necessary to stay in the Kuta area if you're not catching a flight. The beach is a bit dirty, and there's not much worth browsing at Beachwalk, although Bintang Supermarket is decent.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days for acclimatization after arrival in Bali. The hotel is a perfect place to stay due to the great service and all facilities in it (the swimming pool, gym, breakfast provided and free shuttle from/to the airport). The hotel met us at the airport and got us delivered to the hotel for free. After a long-hawl flight it was what the doctor prescribed! Breakfast was delectable with a variety of different dishes, sweets and fruits. The hotel is a bit out-of-date, I mean, it requires some repair but over all we were satisfied with everything. It’s located far away from the sea but there are all needs around it such as the mall (in opposite side), grocery stores and cafes. Thanks for your hospitality and assistance!

The room was clean and tidy. I stayed for four nights, and they even provided L'Occitane travel-sized toiletries above the bathtub. There's a hot spring bath, and the complimentary airport transfer service was excellent.

We had an overall comfortable stay at The Vira Bali. There were events like the fire dance and the Balinese dance which was great and felt like cultural participation. The rooms were quite spacious yet dated. The gym was good and functional. The breakfast was also pretty good. The pool was clean and refreshing as well. Being just opposite to the mall is an added plus. 

Amazing room, food and spa, best is they have free airport shuttle service at anytime you need! Will definitely come again

The room was very clean, and they even prepared a honeymoon dessert for us. The service was incredibly warm; the hotel also provided airport pickup. The staff member, Andrew, was particularly great – so warm and friendly!!!!

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. The breakfast caters well to Chinese tastes. It's lively outside the hotel, but the room itself is not noisy at all.

I went Bali with friends for 1 week holiday and we stayed in Vira Bali hotel for 2 days. Hotel location is good with access to shopping malls and restaurants. Beds are comfortable with swimming pool view. Our request for 3 single beds were complied. The staffs were friendly and helpful and guided us for hiring private day tour. The buffet breakfast was best with a variety of dishes and delicious fruits. The only disappointing was the room has dust in its corners and tops. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

The environment was okay, but the soundproofing was terrible. At 6:30 AM, I could hear the loud music from the dancing next door.

Close to the airport. about 10mins drive to the airport. Room is clean and spacious too. Swimming is nice as well. Overall it's a nice hotel and highly recommended.

Great location and at the centee of Kuta...adjacent to shopping mall and ample of food options
