Staff are very friendly and professional, the only thing is the security keep asking me if I stay at the hotel or not but I never seen they asking others/white guest. I’m not sure why

Good place. Good location. Amazing pool with swim up bar. Staff were not very attentive, but they were nice enough. Sadly, my bank card went missing and it didn’t leave my room. They didn’t do much to help other than ask laundry. I don’t think it was stolen by staff, but I do they they accidentally cleaned it with the garbage or something.

Good for what you paid. The pool and swim up bar were very nice. The pool and bar are open late, although the pool does close in the late afternoon for cleaning but it is only an hour.

This is the most horrible hotel I've stayed at in the past 10 years, And the problem is not with the staff or with the location. In a nutshell - it should be demolished and rebuilt.
Horrible 50yo bathrooms, dark "Deluxe" room, awful boring breakfast,
The pool is great, though, the location is very good, but as much as the staff can try - they cannot change the overdue for demolition buildings.

Service is great. Food is great. Being 20 years old it's a given that the decor is a bit old and dated. They could invest in some new towels, sheets, tables and chairs. Overall great value for money.

Rooms were very run down.
Bathrooms were old and mouldy.
The workers and service were good. Pool was always clean and location of the hotel was good.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Have been staying at this Hotel for 25 years now.
While it is a bit run down it is clean and the staff are friendly.
Great location.
Daily room clean with fresh linen and towels.
Things they could improve on:
The buffet breakfast needs updating. A little bland and all the pastries are stale, everyday.
All the pathways need to be pressure washed as they are slippery from mould.
I witnessed multiple people slip over when ever it rained and hurt themselves.
Overall the hotel is pretty good for what you pay, just needs updating, throughout.

Good place to stay for location. Breakfast could have been a bit better. Always mowing the lawns early. No chance for a sleep in 😂
