Overall stay i’m satisfy. Only the downside, hotel a bit rundown. The door quite hard to open. A lil bit need to push harder. And bathroom, i guess there is a clog in the drainpipe. All the staff very attentive. I love their service. Breakfast was ok. Accaptable.

Hotel Review: 4/5 I stayed here for five days and had a pleasant experience overall. The service was fantastic—the staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it easy to get around. The only downside was the noise. I could hear loud conversations from the corridor or neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive. The food was okay, not exceptional, but I did enjoy the traditional cakes they offered, which was a nice touch. Despite the noise issue, I had a good stay and would consider returning 😊

Very friendly and helpful staff especially for my daughter who injured during her trip and they wheelchair and carry her up the stairs. Location is good with many coffee shops and restaurants.

Second time staying here, fantastic as always. The pool is amazing, and it’s close to many restaurants. The hotel restaurant is very very good, and a great value.

Location : very good. Service : good Spa : good Restaurant : expensive & have pork Housekeeping : not really good. They did not change our towel everyday. Water bottle also no add on by day. The toilet bowl only have bidet which not suitable if u have kids. Shower also no hand shower so u cannot wash the floor after shower.

We lived in a duplex number. It was a nice place to live in. Room number is fine, pool and breakfast are good.

The staff were polite and friendly, very welcoming. However, I think the hotel is overrated based on the reviews. In my opinion, it didn’t quite meet the expectations set by those ratings.

It was cool just a little bit loud, you can hear people next door and stairs are very unsafe in the two story room 

This was one of our favorite hotels on our entire Indonesia trip. We tried to book it again once we came back to Bali, but it was really pricy or fully booked because of NYE dates. Book it on time, and you will have an amazing time! The hotel had great service, great food, and many options for breakfast and dinner with live music. In general, all the amenities were great. One of the best things had to be the location; you can walk around and find many nice restaurants and shops, supermarkets, bars, and so on. Just choose one day to walk around, either right or left, to have fun in Sanur. They have great hotel taxi services, but Grab will also work fine. Go to the beach near is awesome. Also in front you will have a great sushi burrito place. Next to the hotel there’s also a good supermarket and a local crafts store on the second floor.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is fantastic and I have stayed in various hotels around Bali and this places is so comfortable and the beds and bathroom are super clean. I had a wonderful stay and I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely come back. The included breakfast was also very good, not much variety but enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, the coffee and fruit juices were great.

We stayed 7 nights here and enjoyed it very much. We stayed in one of the lagoon rooms, which opened up directly onto the quieter pool, with private sun loungers. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast also very good, with a good choice of dishes. The hotel restaurant is great and has a good atmosphere with a live singer in the evenings, which is enjoyable without being too intrusive. We enjoyed a couple of the special buffet evening meals they had, and could happily have eaten there every evening but we wanted to experience other restaurant around Sanur. The hotel is well located, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is about a 10 -12 minute walk and there’s a small private area for 101 residents. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. We’d like to thank them for making our stay very enjoyable and we’ll definitely stay again if we return to Sanur.
