Ecozy has warm service but many other areas fell short. I have stayed at canggu previously but this place seem to have more mosquitoes and bugs. I got 7 mosquito bites when I had my breakfast at their aircon area!! We stayed in 202 & it was on the second floor facing another villa/residence. The construction at the adjacent building began at 9-ish in the morning and also the traffic noise throughout the day can get pretty loud. There were mosquitoes in our room though we kept the doors shut all the time. Plus there was a giant red ant in our bathroom when we came back one day. Our bathroom had a sewerage smell at times and the toilet seat feels quite worn. Good thing their staff were always welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast had variety and was delicious. The nearest mart is a little far away but there are great restaurants in the vicinity

We came at 2 a.m. and the hotel met us with welcoming drinks,lived in a room with a balcony which had a great view and sunsets.The room has everything you need:towels,hair dryer,AC.Especially we liked the breakfast a la carte ,they offer it till 5 p.m.The staff is absolutely fantastic!A little bit noisy because of the nearby traffic.

Pre-booked this place for six nights. Ended up checking out earlier on the fifth night just of a few reasons. Personally felt like the high reviews didn’t really reflect the experience. The service was lovely, but the rooms themselves were quite small and felt really cramped. We had issues with water pressure and there was one day where the water stopped working. The breakfast was pretty average. The shower water smell like sulfur. Th is going to sound strange, but also the room keys are hella bulky so you’re logging around something that’s about 20 cm long all the time.. We were also trying to work out of the room and it’s not very conducive of this because of the tight areas and the Wi-Fi was very on and off.

The hotel is conveniently located. Getting around on foot is difficult, but possible, like the locals. The beach is a 15-minute walk along narrow sidewalks where cars are often parked. The hotel, like everywhere else in Canggu, is quite noisy, as the sound of motorcycles can be heard everywhere. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed: a shower, hairdryer, refrigerator, and other amenities, all in good condition. They also provided bottled water, which is best used for washing and brushing your teeth, as regular water in Bali can cause indigestion. The pool in the room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfasts were also a delight. The staff was very helpful and friendly! They helped with everything from renting a car and driver for the day to opening a coconut.

Excellent hotel! Excellent responsive staff who will help solve any problems (from renting a bike to organizing excursions with a personal guide). Excellent breakfasts that last until 17.00 Among the minuses - the hotel is located next to the road, at night you will hear the sounds of mopeds, but this is everywhere in Canggu, but if you still want silence - you better look for some villa in the distance. In general, the hotel fully justified itself and even exceeded all expectations, 11/10

The hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and made a perfect start to the day. We truly felt well taken care of during our stay.

Lovely stay, highly recommend! The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable, the breakfast is quality, and the rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. Would come back for sure!

Excellent base to explore Canggu. We especially loved the private swimming pool, to relax every day after the beach, and the breakfast (where you can order proper dishes instead of a stiff buffet). The staff was amazing, always happy to help and chat with big smiles.

Rikana and the rest of the staff were so helpful!!! Pool was stunning, breakfast was good - get the quinoa salad, bed was so comfortable and the Netflix on the TV works!! Great internet!!

The staff were flawless. They were so lovely and catered to our needs. I didn’t like our bathroom because it sometimes smelt like drains and the shower would go hot/cold and high/low pressure. There was a bit of road noise. Overall felt safe and we appreciated the fantastic staff.

Nice Hotel near the buzzing Center of Canggu. Great walking distance to all the nice Cafés/Restaurants and clubs as well as to the Beach. Super friendly staff. Hotel is close to a busier road, so u will hear some streetnoise now and then. Nevertheless it did not disturb us.

Really great experience when stay in Ecozy Dijiwa Canggu, the room nice and clean enough. The breakfast is so good with a lot of choices and the staff so friendly and helpfull Really recommended
