Our stay at Bvlgari Resort Bali was unfortunately very short and quite rushed, but despite that, it left a lasting impression thanks to the thoughtfulness, flexibility, and professionalism of the staff.
We arrived in the late afternoon at around 5 pm, rushing in from Lovina after dolphin watching and snorkeling, with a tight schedule as we had a 6 pm dinner reservation at Koral Restaurant. The team was aware of our situation and did their best to speed things up smoothly, ensuring we didn’t feel stressed or pressured.
Possibly due to our limited time, the check-in was done directly inside our villa instead of the main lobby, which felt private and seamless. During the check-in process, there was a small hiccup with the security deposit, as both of my cards unexpectedly didn’t go through. The staff handled this calmly and professionally, reassuring us that it was completely fine and that any charges could be settled upon checkout, something we truly appreciated given how rushed the evening already was.
What truly touched us were the thoughtful anniversary gestures. Upon entering the villa, we were welcomed with beautifully prepared roses along with a small chocolate cake to celebrate our anniversary. These small but meaningful touches made us feel genuinely cared for, especially despite our short stay.
On top of that, we were complimentarily upgraded to the Serpenti Villa, which is the only one of its kind in the entire resort. This was completely unexpected and incredibly generous. Even though we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the villa, it was clear that the Serpenti Villa is exceptionally private, beautifully designed, and truly special.
To make the experience even better, the resort also kindly extended a late checkout until 1 pm the next day, which allowed us to slow down, enjoy the villa a little longer, and leave without feeling rushed, something we greatly appreciated.
While we wish we had more time to fully enjoy the resort, the attention to detail, adaptability, and genuine hospitality stood out throughout our stay. Bvlgari Resort Bali clearly understands that true luxury lies not only in design and branding, but in how guests are treated and supported, even during real-life constraints.
I would happily return again with more time to fully experience the villa and resort facilities. For travelers seeking ultra-luxury, exclusivity, and thoughtful service, Bvlgari Resort Bali delivers exceptionally well.
