Firstly, the location is breathtaking. You can enjoy awesome sunsets and you can stay in the infinity pool for that. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel is not good. The facilities are very old and especially in the bathroom are rotten and partially dangerous and rusty. The AC took 1 day to work properly and the staff is not really helpful. The reception manager told us they don’t have early breakfast, I called the hotel manager and he provided early breakfast. The water in the rooms wasn’t properly warm for showering and they needed to do some quick repair to fix it. The WIFI was relatively poor. Overall it is a recent place if you like the scenery and enjoy the pool and sunset but don’t expect too much. Though, it’s not super expensive.

although this hotel not located in center and a bit complex to reach. But the ocean view with tropical themes it can keep me staying day&night au board de la mer… the owner is friendly & kind. Price reasonable with awesome view it compensates the transit. I would love to staying more days but tightly schedule that forced me to back to reality. Can’t wait the next visit!

This is the best place on Lembongan to watch the sunsets. I have something to compare it with. Every morning I watched the turtles drifting on the waves, it's fascinating. And there's not even one or two turtles. There are many of them, they love this place. The receptionist is very quiet and modest, he makes this the best place for privacy, as quiet and cozy. You can't hear anything except the sound of the waves. I felt like I was finally resting.

Th location is amazing to watch at day! Rocks and waves, nature, endless ocean. Unfortunately, it’s almost impossible to sleep in the night unless you have earplugs - the waves are too loud and the doors are too thin. The room and communal areas are comfortable, however worn out. The dining hall needs maintenance for sure. Still there are lots of cool places to chill - the pool, the benches, the hammock, all are very relaxing

Very beautiful place. Perfect for taking some time off and enjoy this cliff area. Wave sound and lounging area is very nice. Breakfast is limited, but it was enough for me. I find checkin process was bit interesting, because no reception was available. Need to give call to let them know you arrived. Staffs were helpful and caring to my request. I am coming back again to this place and already recommended to my friends. Plus, it is walking distance to harbor and few eateries are available.

Very good service, near from Mushroom bay. if you trying to brand new and silence place it's not your choice, this place is located on the cliff it's been little bit noisy from the waves but view and air is so good. Thank you

Place is at good location. Rest all what the reviews show seem to be very old and pre-covid feedbacks . Rooms are old need maintenance. Toilets were old and rusty taps and scaled shower . Not recommended for families.

Stay here for the location on top of the Cliffs with such an amazing view.  The Villas are old but clean and cute but not high end if that is what you want. It was perfect for us, quite a romantic spot but no frills.  The road is pretty rough as you approach and we got a scooter from the owner for a very good price. You need to be a confident driver though with the rough and narrow roads.

Loved this peaceful romantic bunglow hotel! Great locations just 15-20 min walk to town, with several very nice restaurants only 2 mins walk away. So nice to only hear the crash of the waves. The pool was gorgeous and mostly we had it to ourselves as this hotel is very small and often the other guest were out. From the pool you can watch the sunsets, the dolphins or even the crashing waves. There were several relaxing areas all with outstanding views, lounge chairs, the in the pool or hammocks. Price can not be beat! Nice host were hidden away making it feel even more private but a tap at the counter quickly got great service at any hour (We left the hotel very early in the morning to snorkle). Abosolutely as beautiful as the pictures show. It is beach front so some of the white paint showed signs of salt air and wind, Im sure they repaint regularly so this could change depending on when you are there. SOO Romantic!

Natural white noise from the ocean. However if you like star gazing, there is a pavilion that has a strong light always on don’t expect it will turn off at 4:00am bc I tried. Other than that it’s a very good spot for star gazing and astrophotography.

I really enjoyed this stay, it was lovely to be able to be away from most of the touristy areas. The bathroom was also really nice, with an outdoor style. The sunsets from the cliffs here are beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious! The staff was friendly, rooms were clean. was amazing.
